Its a small boutique hotel, but with big clean rooms, big bathrooms and comfortable bed & clean linen. What stands out is their staff and the service. Right from reception, house keeping to restaurant, the hospitality is top notch. Food is good too. View from the hotel is that of a village and tea farm. But if you are looking for only dreamy tea estate view, you may get disappointed. Rest everything is surreal. Recommended 100%.

Beautiful location, very neat and hygienic. Moreover, a special mention for Chef Gamini who made sure that everyone from our parents to kids were taken care of. They wholeheartedly served us with the best of delicacies and even packed paranthas for my kids who was unwell while returning. Amazing hospitality and the hotel has good vegetarian spread. Further, they’re very forthcoming to cook and go an extra mile.

The location is decent with a nice view. The Atmosphere is really cold but heaters are provided almora everywhere. The rooms have a decent size and the bathroom is clean too. This hotel is value for money, but not the food. The options for Indians here are very less and Indian options don't taste good. There is no good option for vegetarians. The staff is somewhat good, but sometimes misunderstands requests and do the complete opposite. The options in the dinner and breakfast buffet are repeated with almost no change in options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!

The hotel is located in a beautiful, green setting with fresh air and a peaceful, well-maintained environment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy – we felt comfortable from the very first minute. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist – the service is truly of a high standard. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, and the breakfast selection is generous, offering something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxation areas – a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the mountainous region of Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility, comfort, and beautiful surroundings in Nuwara Eliya. We would definitely love to return!

We stayed in this hotel on 5th of October 2025 for a one night. The staff is really helpful, we got a room upgrade too, food is delicious and the buffet had a good variety. It's a kids safe location. We enjoyed so much! Room was clean and spacious. We will definitely return
