Awesome place relax and enjoyed the weekend by the pool over looking a beautiful lake. Highly recommend

Dirty place. Never ever go with family or children. Accidently checked in, and since people were boosting around, couples were coming in, a thug with many huge dogs roaming inside the garden, and poor toilets an broken A/Cc realised that it is not a suited place. When told we dont want to stay, they demanded money for one night stay. When refused they used thuggery, locked the gates and threatened us. Had to pay them and get out to avoid any commotion. Dont ever book this place.
Never recommend for anyone.. very poor conditions, no proper managment, no enough food, just finding food once food finish at the buffet.

Not bad for the mony. But they need to put more focus on maintaining the place. Have Free Wi-Fi only avalable in the lobby area.

One of the best place for an affordable price. Very clean surroundings. We came in the dry season but didn't felt any discomfort during our stay. Very delicious food. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you want to have a swim in the middle of the night even they would not hesitate to provide. Place is next to pannegamuwa lake so it's a beautiful view in the morning. Highly recommend. ???

Never recommend. poor room conditions( doors of some wash rooms broken) and foods (chef is not professional).
Be advised get a document prof when you negotiate prices before check in as your final bill will make you surprise with untold service charges.

Rooms are pretty badly maintained... bathroom lacking plumbing... shower head missing...not cleaned when we checked in... very few veg choices... space outside the rooms was not cleaned
Staff was courteous...they attended to complaints to the best possible...they even offered room service for lunch and dinner.
