Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel in Unawatuna. The staff were exceptionally rude, making the stay incredibly uncomfortable. If you prefer a hostile environment, this might be the place for you. The food was unappetizing and left much to be desired. I strongly advise anyone looking for a pleasant getaway to avoid this location and seek out more hospitable options.

Staff members were so unprofessional & they didn't care about our needs at all. They seem to go over money rather than providing a quality service.

I would recommend to think twice before choosing the place.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay in the Unawatuna area. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would advise potential visitors to consider other accommodations that provide a more welcoming and enjoyable environment.

Probably one of the worse places to stay in Unawatuna. Checked in a 2 days ago and we were asked to pay for the room in advance (not your typical way of doing things) however we paid, our room was crawling with spiders and cockroaches when we complained to the management and asked to change our room the other room A/C wasn’t working so we ask for a refund they actually turned around to tell us that “we planted the insects “ and refused to give us a refund. We were left stranded in the middle of the night to find another place to stay..
Please do not pay them in advance and do not stay with such people who cheat you.

A fine hotel. Rooms are tidy, spacious and clean. Breakfast changes every day with fresh fruits, juices and pancakes. They arranged us a taxi to the airport for a fair price.
