Beware of the taxi drivers in front of here..fraudulent very dangerous people the security staff of this establishment allow them to enter freely...tourists cannot go in their own vehicle..be very careful..the taxi drivers outside this accommodation.. ...very deceitful dangerous people...

The room is quite spacious, the air conditioning is nice and cool, and the location is easy to find. The hotel has its own restaurant, breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner are also available. You can order drinks, and the restaurant is delicious. The restaurant is right by the sea.

My wife and I are both senior citizens and planned our trip to Sri Lanka carefully and we'll in advance to prevent unnecessary upsets. We didn't think that a hotel would contact us just a matter of a few days before we were due to stay there and tell us that they were full and could not longer honour our confirmed booking. This has been extremely upsetting and has thrown all our travels plans out the window as we scramble to find somewhere to stay. Latheena on the other hand show no concern and simply ignore any messages sent and don't seem to care if we have to sleep on the beach. I would not book with this hotel.

We didn't stay at the resort but we did eat there most mornings and in the evenings. The food was sensational the service from the wait staff was first class,the prices were good for such a top spot. They do take card but you pay a % . Not all resorts do that.

We came here expecting an average experience like most other budget friendly places but we were blown away. The rooms were clean and spacious and were very peaceful for our stay. The resort is right infront of the beach with easy access. The restaurant is located right adjacent to the sandy beach and we were surprised as to how delicious the food was. We had a delicious Sri Lankan crab curry and it was the best crab curry i've had in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend staying in this place.

Located right in front of the Mirissa beach with easy access to the beach and depending on the season, it’s an excellent beach to surf and bathe. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff including the owners are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is the highlight of this place with various different types of amazing food. I’ve been circling around the area trying out different restaurants and I never came across a restaurant that provides this many different cuisines that tastes amazing. The restaurant also serves fresh seafood which is rare to come by and the portion size is excellent with reasonable prices.

They have a very friendly staff.They know what hospitality is all about. It is located near the sea. Special mention should be made of their fujisan restaurant.The food there is very delicious and they charge a very reasonable amount for it.As far as I know the manager has 15 years of experience in Japanese food. you can enjoy your delicious meal while enjoying the sea breeze.

I never stayed here. I booked on Expedia and I got charged for the booking but when I showed up they said they don't accept bookings from Expedia. I was not refunded the money, and I kindly asked the owner to resolve the problem, never resolved. It's a nice place, but don't book on Expedia or you will be robbed.

Good food, reasonable prices. Once we came to then in breakfast time when they were serving breakfasts only, but waiter agreed to take an order for the main menu. And that was very nice
