This is one of the best places we have stayed in Mirissa. The rooms are very big, the washrooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The tiles might look a bit unusual but they are perfectly clean. The staff were very nice, especially Nethmi. She was extremely friendly, very caring and helped us in every way, from making our stay comfortable to guiding us about many things in Mirissa. The breakfast was really good and very tasty. The view from the balcony was also amazing and made the stay even better. There is a gym right next to the building which was a big bonus for us. Really loved staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed there for 3 nights...the place is owned and run by a local old man who lived in paris for long longggg time and left to retire back home. Highly considerate team, very dedicated owner.. i had an issue with AC and our host had it fixed on the very same day lile in a heart beat. The rooms are clean and have sence of art and one can tell its been invested in. Staff were realllly healpful and very friendly . Generous and wont shy to give advises. Perfect place to stay. Soecially its by the main road (might be noisy sometimes) right across from the beach ao perfect location.

We loved the family room, absolutely recommended, one of our favourite places to stay in sri lanka. The breaki is very yammy and a lot and Nethmi (the stuff) is a very friend person with a beautiful soul.

Lovely Hotel!
Very spacious, very clean & lovely lady that runs the place.
We stayed here for 4 nights - it was perfect, very close to the beach and right next door to the gym!
Really great breakfast cooked fresh with various options - would really recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Amazing people, big room, nice view of the sea. If you want they can clean your room every day. We wanted to use our laptop here so they even put a stronger WiFi router for us (for free!). Would recommend it to anyone!

This is the best place to stay in Mirissa for sure, don’t doubt it and book this accommodation, you will feel comfortable 100%. They welcome you with a drink, the rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, the views and location are wonderful and they provide help anytime, it is very quiet. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. Couldn’t recommend it more! Loved it here :) We will never forget our stay.

We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. Firstly, room and bathroom are really huge and clean. Decoration is modern and so white that I love it! Also, hotel is located just 2 min to Mirissa Beach and 12 min to Coconut Tree Hill by walking. Breakfast was delicious and we loved Ceylon tea! I’m working remotely and there is a table for working easily in the room. We’d like to come here again!

Our stay was truly pleased and great. All the staff members were excellent, and the room and common area were very clean. Moreover, the largest bathroom I've ever seen in my life was here, it was as big as the room! The location was very convenient for walking to everywhere. The breakfast and the room were truly the best experience we had in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for everything!
