The front office staff are so rude, been to so many hotels , never encountered such rude and arrogant staff, the management please tell them the first impression of the hotel is from them and it gets totally ruined by staff like this.

The hotel is not so clean and the day we are there, in top floor restaurant there is a wedding ceremony. The fanfar of this event is too high and disturb us to sleep.

Worst hotel experience ever. We travel a lot and this is the worst hotel we came across up to date. The staff are very unfriendly, specially the security guy. We understand that this is the old wing and thereby its budget friendly but theres absolutely no need to be rude. We wanted a last minute room and this was the only one available with the December rush. Everything is terrible, starting with customer service to cleanliness and food. Wouldnt recommend at all!

The hotel was indeed very clean and beautiful. The staff members were also exceptionally friendly. Furthermore, the breakfast was quite enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Facilities are beyond my expectations. Food was delicious. I'm vegetarian and I had veg food, which was really nice. Service is on point Staffs are really welcoming and friendly. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing.

It’s okay for sleeping. Location is not great. WiFi is really good. Restaurant food is not that great, American menu like that. For vegetarians also not really that great. Wouldn’t book again, but more in Kandy city.
