Hotel is futuristic and kids friendly. Rooms are small for two adults, although the kids will love it. Great service, friendly staff. The cafeteria is excellent and serves a good breakfast buffet. Overall, kids dint want to leave the place while the adults would have appreciated more space. Location is decent and in a quieter part of town. Its a 10 minute wall from the main train station.

Great location with an awesome lounge, decorated with modern design, books and art.The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, in particular Jack, who’s always accommodating the guests needs with a smile. The rooms are small but functional and the beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast and nice food offer, also for vegetarians. Smooth check-in and out process. Thumbs up.

Amazing experience. Staff, room, breakfast, check-in and checkout... everything absolutely perfect. You can really enjoy your stay in Zurich in this warm but modern hotel. Position, details and the crew's genuine positive and friendly attitudine are in my opinioni the real plus. Special mention to Jack's and Andreia's kindness. I will be back soon, well done CitizenM.

very impressed with this hotel, everything in the room was extremely well thought out and of high quality, very comfortable bed, nice shower, very clean and quiet. it was not a big room but the way they arranged it with all the small details is perfect and had such a calming effect on me

I love the bed, it was very comfy. The room is small but there is enough space. The lounge is a nice place to hangout with friends. The canteen food is not to my liking though.
