Swiss Star Zurich Sihlfeld in Zurich

I wish I had read all the reviews before booking this terrible accommodation. We arrived, checked in, blinded by sunlight, no curtains on the windows. Contacted them and were told he complaint would be passed on. Went out for dinner, came back its 27 degrees and can't sleep on the bed as there are people on the balcony opposite, looking in. Had to sleep for two nights with clothes on making me poorly and spoiling my holiday. Couldn't sleep for the sunlight blasting through three windows. Spoke to a young lady, told, they were out of curtains at the moment???? They had none left. Said housekeeping would come and fit sheets to the windows but they would have to be closed to hold them, IN THE MIDDLE OFSUMMER!!!! The next day, still no curtains, no sheets, totally ruined what should have been a once in a lifetime trip for the Euro 25 Tournament. Mould on the walls, plaster falling off the ceiling, oh and I had booked the deluxe apartment, heaven knows what standard was like.

I had seen the bad reviews but I didn't want to pay attention and I chose this structure anyway... and I did very badly.
Before checking in everything seemed ok.. communication with customer service was easy and they answered... after checking in the discovery, old and dirty building, apartment no less indeed, dirty walls, broken window, and last but not least dirty bathroom of sh*t... not to mention the shower curtain worthy of a horror movie motel.
I decided not to say anything about the condition of the apartment and contact customer service to have the possibility of parking by paying obviously... they told me that they needed the license plate and my data, I responded by communicating my data, but from then on no more response, neither to emails nor phone calls. Result I had to leave the car in the nearest car nursery which cost me double the hotel. But as they say, it always rains on the wet, in the evening as soon as I returned to the apartment, I get under the horror shower and there is not even hot water. Terrible.
So my advice: listen to the many negative reviews and choose another structure.

Bedding has a peculiar smell

The service of this apartment is poor. It is relatively remote and far from the train station. The Internet password and account given by the store are incorrect and I can't connect to the Internet. I can't get in touch if I keep trying. It delays things very much. I don't recommend staying here. The facilities are also very basic.
