The people at Arlette Hotel were great! Very friendly and helpful. Zurich is a very expensive city and the Arlette is a very good value. The room (101) was smallish as was the bathroom. But we have come to expect that in the older European hotels. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed after a full day of sightseeing in Zurich and the magnificent Alps. The Arlette is just a short walk away to the bus and train station; and there is a great breakfast spot right next door and good kebab restaurant a few doors down. The gentleman at the desk even allowed us to check in very early after a long redeye flight. That was truly wonderful gesture. It says a lot about how caring the staff is. If we ever return to Zurich, we will be sure to stay here.

Quiet, nice and clean room. Less than 10 minutes walk for the station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Thank you for the great experience and if you like the colour green this is your place!!

Even though I had already paid in advance on trip.com, I almost paid twice when I checked in (T_T). When I told the hotel staff, they said they had just started using trip.com, which I guess is unavoidable, but I'm glad they noticed because I paid by card. The service was great!

Nice hotel, very close to the train station and university, but they overcharged me when I checked in, although it was later refunded after negotiation.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were modern, and all the amenities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, and it's within walking distance to the train station, making travel stress-free.
