The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent. The room itself was spotless.

Location is relatively good where the nearest tram stop is just a short walk away. Excellent staff, clean hotel. Excellent breakfast spread.

The hotel facilities were good and the breakfast was quite good. All the staff were extremely helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent.
However, the internet in the room was constantly offline, so we were unable to use it. The bathroom glass door kept getting stuck, and we were afraid it might break while using it.
I have been traveling abroad for many years, and this is the first time we have been asked to pay a deposit of 100 Swiss francs at check-in, which we found quite surprising.

The bathroom was awful. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage.

Excellent front desk service. The location is decent, making it quick to get to the city center. Breakfast offered a good variety, and overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was a bit small but very quiet. I recommend staying here.

Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was above average, though not super lavish. It's a four-star hotel, and compared to a Crowne Plaza in China, the room was on the smaller side.

The hotel room was a reasonable size, the room was clean & good, with coffee making facilities. A good shower. The staff were very helpful and prompt in answering our requests. The tram line is just outside the hotel, about a 5 minute walk to the tram station, 8 stops to the main station. You can buy tickets at a machine in the foyer. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean but it’s cramped, hard to move fast. The front desk staff in the morning particularly the guy is rude. We were a bit early for breakfast because they changed their time from 6:30 to 7am which we aligned for our day activity. When i asked if we can just sit inside while waiting for a few minutes before 7am, he answered me rudely saying “as i said..”, but when we came inside at 7:01am, there were already people eating there, 2 pairs i saw. This is rude because we were pressed for time as we have to catch up the tour bus and we paid for the breakfast knowing the time is 6:30am but they changed it the night before and they let other people in while we just requested to be seated inside while waiting for 7am. Most of their staff are rude. Only the guy at the breakfast checkin is nice.
