The location is great and staff very friendly. Breakfast is the same everyday, some hot food would be great addition. No water or ironing board in the room. But I was told water is so clean in Zurich that you can drink from the tap.

The location of this hotel was central, it was surrounded by restaurants and close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. The bed was so soft and comfortable, we had a good night’s rest. The rooms were also clean but amenities lacked but the towels were changed everyday which was nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.

The room was very clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. However, the room did not have a mini fridge or slippers, which would have been convenient. Also, the way to get to the room was a bit unusual. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

I booked a double room because I needed some space. I got a small room, clearly designed for just one person. It had only one duvet and one towel, and the tissue box was empty.

Very good location. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is not open on holidays. The bar in the hotel is very good and is 24 hours a day. You can go there at any time and get any cups and hot water you need. I will go there again next time.

Location is fantastic. Room was okay. Small thing- there wasn't a bin in the room which I found unhelpful. The shower was lovely. The bed was comfy.

Motel One Basel is a perfect location for anyone attending Christmas Markets as the lobby opened onto the Plaza where one of the Markets was staged. Transportation on the tram line was just across the plaza so having no car was not a problem. I arrived prior to check-in but the front desk is staffed around the clock and they stored my luggage until my room was ready. I would stay here again.

Great room! Self catering This is a staff-free hotel. There's no shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so I recommend getting a few bits in to cook an easy meal in the well equipped kitchenette. The rooms are hi-tech, spacious and very comfortable. Parking is free and plentiful, but did fill up in the evening. Maybe by locals? So, recommend getting there pre-5pm.

This hotel location is perfect, only 4-5 mins walk from Oerlikon Station, which is 9 mins train to airport and 10 mins to Zurich HB. Met my expectations. Since it's not in the city center, I didn't have high hopes for the surroundings, but it was very clean and the environment was good. It served its purpose for staying close to the airport. However, upon arrival, I realized Zurich city center is only two stops away from the airport, so there was actually no need to stay here just to be close to the airport.

This one is hard to rate. Before booking, I contacted Ctrip to confirm if the suite could accommodate two children, and they said yes. They let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.

Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

The hotel is very near to the train station. Very convenient to move around. There is also supermarket at the door step. Only issue is the late check in. We almost have issue with the check in, Luckily the staff at the cafe just happen to leave and help us on the check in. The room is quite small

It's very close to Zurich Station, and there's a self-service check-in on the first floor, but you need to enter some information. If there are many people, there might be queues and traffic jams. It's recommended that the hotel allow guests to fill in the relevant information online in advance to speed up the check-in process.

Great price for all the travelers. A tram station located just 3 minutes away on foot. You can also walk to Basel SBB in 25 minutes, or reach Rhein in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a Basel Day Pass will be offered for free upon check-in.

Room: On the smaller side, not much space to open our small cabin sized luggages. No complimentary coffee, water or tea and kettler/coffeemaker are not provided. No daily room cleaning. Nice hotel in the city center right by the lake, however with the extremely high price point I expected more from this hotel. Booked a lake view room and the view was nice, but rooms were small and not much was included with the stay, not even breakfast, so at almost $1000 a night i would not consider this hotel worth it and would not stay here again.

Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. room was directly under the roof. I am a tall person. 15% of the rooms in the hotel were occupied. Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. This hotel apartment is perfect. It's located on the second row by the river, very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped, with a kitchen, automatic tea and coffee maker, and even a photo printer! Nice room with a balcony. It's newly renovated, so there was a slight lingering smell, but otherwise no issues. Overall, I recommend it. It's also very convenient for getting around, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a Coop downstairs for easy shopping.

The room was great, kitchen was very useful, it has a fast check-out option which you throw your room card in the box and leave. If you need to leave early you don't need to worry about losing time. It's close to the transportation. Only problem is it's in the red light district, so it might not be the best for families or solo female travelers.
