Beautiful hotel with old style. The hotel's breakfast is very attractive. Rooms are relatively larger than other hotels in Europe. The hotel is located near the lake, which makes it even more attractive

Room was spacious and very well designed. Only spent one night here and did not get to experience all that hotel or surroundings had to offer, but stay was very pleasant and bed was extremely comfortable

I stay with my family at this hotel for one week, so it’s near everything’s you can walk outside you will see Lake Geneva

we have breakfast at hotel several times and there is egg croissant jam, in my opinion if they change every day something different it will be lovely

The hotel restaurant serves a variety of dishes. In general, it is recommended

First time there, in the lake view suite which was really nice but also quite small for thar price range

The gentlemen are welcome to take an example from this. The entire hotel area is beautiful with a huge garden and a small pool. I would love to come back and recommend you to all my friends

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Central Station. Check-in was very pleasant. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a kettle and tea-making facilities.

Great hotel with excellent location, near the train station by walking within 8 mins. Staff are very nice generally, you feel welcomed to the hotel disregarding you are German speakers or not

Location is great . 5 minutes walk from main train station. Beds are very comfy and breakfast is decent at €15 per person.

I booked direct and just before our stay we had a payment request which was fine but it said our booking would be cancelled if no response in 36 hours. If you don't keep on top of your emails this could be a problem

Bedroom was great for 3 people and all had proper beds not bed settees which was great. Only thing I would change is the booking system

Reception staff were very good gave us good advice about the transport and provided us with free tram tickets. Breakfast was limited but what's on offer was of decent quality

Our only negative feedback would be that the rooms weren't that sound proof and we could hear everything from the landing, I'm sure this worked both ways!

They have a ski locker room next to Glacier-Bridge and from there a short T-bar to the Felskinn or Spielboden gondolas, so that is a big plus to avoid the overcrowded and infrequent electro-ski-busses

Good restaurant with the Swiss touch Live music one day a week in dinning room. Richard and his wife are attentive hosts and aim at making your stay a nice experience. Will return.

Great family boutique hotel in an excellent location, just in the main middle of town. The Room was large for one person and spotless, had all the amenities more then I needed

The hotel is located alongside the main street of the village and is reached within a couple of minutes from the railway station. The guest room is simply furnished but clean and full of tradition

Vanessa, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded without prior notice

I have come many times to have lunch at the hotel, it was always a very good experience, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices and everything very clean. The last time I went on 12/28/25 it was horrible

However, they required a credit card as a guarantee and then used it the next day to charge the city tax anyway, without informing us or even waiting until check-out. This felt very unprofessional

At the end, they have returned it again. In addition, we were never informed about our right to receive the Gstaad Card, which provides free access to public transportation

The Rossli appears to be a charming local institution and enjoys a great location right on the main promenade in Gstaad. We stayed at the recommendation of friends who are 20 year veterans of Gstaad

A very disappointing experience. We booked the hotel with the city tax included, but at check-in the staff insisted that it was not included

The restaurant team was just as wonderful: Collin, with his warmth and great sense of humor; Laura, who brought an Italian touch and always made us laugh; Catia, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with a smile, already knowing our favorite orders; and Victor, who took care of all our lunches with impeccable service

It lives upto it’s name and tradition by which the Swiss were once famous for. It feels like a fairy tale to be in this wooded cottage. The rooms are of a varying sizes typical of chalets, but very tastefully equipped

I'm coming to Lenzerheide for over 30 years now and I think this is the best restaurant to have lunch. Food, staff and the view are excellent.

Right off the slopes at Scalottas, very clean environment with gorgeous views over the mountains. Local Alpen Food with some elaboration. Try their Rösti with Speck and ei or the one with Salmon

Just the typical hostel cons of loud snorers and those who have no social awareness slamming doors and turning on the lights late at night but this is no fault of the property just the demographic of guests that stay here for a cheap(er) night

We stopped here to have dinner at the restaurant. I recommend trying this delicious fondue. We were also served by a very friendly and polite waitress from the Czech Republic (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name)

The Grindelwald visitor's card was a huge help here. Location wasn't as good as due to the bus that stops running at 6pm. Room was a little warm and if windows are open there will be bugs flying in if lights are on

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate at the restaurant Last night and the food was fantastic. The ambience of the restaurant was cozy and our server, Amalia, Was cheerful friendly and very attentive

Rooms seemed okay temperature during the day but insufferably hot at night even with windows open - but I think I came during a heat wave so I was told? You get a bus pass on arrival for free travel between the hotel and the centre but the bus driver barely checks if you happen to forget it

At checkout, they proposed us some vouchers to have reduced prices in several shops / gas station, as well as a free ride on the cable car. Perfect hotel for staying in Samnaun, and for a very honest price!

Not only the breakfast was great, but when it was my birthday the staff members had placed 2 glasses of champagne with a cake and a candle on our table; how nice it that?! The staff really cares about making you feel at home

Comfortable and well appointed hotel. Ski in and out via the ski piste right behind the hotel. Ski lockers for each room are a great thing I wish more hotels would adopt

Right opposite the station and on the second floor- it could do with a sign on the lift indicating where reception is! Having said that ,the receptionist was helpful and showed us to out room which was warm and compact - the furniture was lovely ,old and interesting - handy for a walk to the lake and plenty of eateries available

When you are travelling with 2-3 luggages, every minute of spent walking with them is taxing and take times away from your vacation. The room is adequate for a few nights. Service is friendly and always ready to prove

Good hotel very close to the train station Cornavin. The location is very convenient. The hotel is situated on the second floor of what seems to be an office building. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

Our room was rather basic, but clean and the bed was very good. I always appreciate it when there is more than one pillow available. Not a big fan though of taking a shower in a bath tub with a shower curtain

Don't be afraid the neighbourhood Paquis is well protected by the police ! The bathroom is big with very comfortable toilet and washbasin. Definitely I will choose it next time !!!

Good cheap (for Geneva) hotel (double room with bathroom costs 85$) with great location. Very clean room and bathroom. Free tickets to all public transport. Poor breakfast, so it's better to eat somewhere else.

A very nice hotel right next to the train station, and to the lake. We stayed there for one night, and it wasn't very hot, so we didn't miss the AC, so can't say much about that

Great hotel ! Cosy and warm at the winder. Very close to the city center and the train station. Very comfortable beds with white and clean blankets. The rooms from the back view are very quiet

It's a fine place to stay if you need/want to be near the Central Station; about a 5-10 minute walk. Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable. Front desk is very nice.

This is a cheap accommodation in Zurich. The hostel room is spacious and clean. One bathroom is to be shared by 3 rooms on one floor. The beds were annoyingly squeaky. Tram station is located close by

Workers were not there, you have to call them, but the room was great (clean, tidy, spacious, big windows...) good experience in general, except for the time trying to reach the workers at the beginning
