Excellent hotel, all perfect. Fantastic gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi.

We booked two rooms and requested for connecting rooms ten days prior to our arrival. Happy to hear the email response by the hotel but the hotel reception staff did nothing for our request. Poor hotel management and customer service by the hotel of IHG!!!

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Location is good a bit far away from city center but can easily take the tram. Room is bit small but nice and clean

Very pleasant experience. Was allowed to store our luggage’s after check-out which was very convenient for us as we wanted to explore on our final day without walking around with luggage.

Paying HKD 18,000 for a 'deluxe' suite that didn't even include breakfast was already a shock. What's worse, the amenities were incredibly mediocre, barely reaching a three or four-star standard. I was thoroughly disappointed 🤦‍♀️. I have no idea how this place ended up at the top of Zurich's luxury hotel rankings – it's completely misleading.

My overall experience was just okay. The room felt a bit dated, and while the service was acceptable, I don't believe it deserves its top ranking on luxury lists. The interior decor was quite old-fashioned, but its location was certainly convenient.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. However, the service was a definite downside. I requested a toothbrush in the afternoon after checking in, but it wasn't delivered until 11 PM, just as I was getting ready for bed. What a midnight hassle!

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and the place had a wonderful ambiance. It's a highly recommended hotel; while not cheap, it's absolutely worth the price. It's situated in the financial district, right next to China Construction Bank. Nearby, there's a supermarket, a tram stop, and plenty of Thai restaurants. My overall experience was excellent.

We were very pleased with the room, and the service was also great. The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to both the lake and the commercial district.

Family of 3 with a room booking for 3 single bed, arrival late check in can be done by machine or desk. Location was abit off. Not much things around need travel abit to the more busy location. Breakfast was ample. Hard to get uber or bolt to the train station so be prepared to walk or catch a taxi about 20chf to the main train station .

I am a solo traveler so this room tho small was comfortable. It suits me well as its serve my requirements of a clean tidy place to sleep & shower. Its a short walk to the train station & very convenient to move around depending on what your itinerary.

We came and stayed here April 3 and 4, 2025 to attend a wedding. The reception was held in the gathering room. Good hotel price/quality. Clean, modern. There is parking for those traveling by car. Breakfast is good, there was everything you need. The room was cold (early May), we couldn't figure out how to heat it, because we checked in late at night. There were no slippers or toothbrush sets in the room.

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly. 

The transportation is really convenient. The train and tram stations are nearby, which is very convenient to the city and the airport. The breakfast is very rich and there are a lot of fruits. It is recommended to order breakfast. There is a coop across the road from the hotel and an Aldi next to it, but the supermarket is closed on Sundays. The rooms are relatively spacious and the shower room is nice. There is a park in front, so it seems okay to use if the sunlight is not too strong.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and one stop from Zurich Airport. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The staff are polite and the breakfast is rich.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I’m not impressed as I was double charged as I prepaid online while making room reservation via Trip.com and I was charged again upon checkout at hotel. Seeking refund.

Orlikon railway station

Wonderful ski/winter holiday in the Swiss mountains. Fantastic view of the snow-covered peaks from the hotel. Simply fantastic. We'll be back.

Paid for 3 days of half board, only able to eat one time because of reservations. There was no reimbursement. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

Kids friendly and good food! We all enjoy our stay in Faern Arosa Altein, we really liked the food. We liked the fact that the hotel (and seemly the whole town) is very welcoming for children. They even got to try the Spa!

Great hotel for family. Indoor pool and the lobby was great. Complimentary mini bar. Be great if they refilled tea and coffee in the room instead of having to order each time.

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Zurich City West! The hotel is modern and well-appointed, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety.

Hotel was lovely and quiet. Terrace has stunning views and the perfect place to see the sunrise. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and modern. Around 20 minutes in to Geneva from the bus stop outside the hotel. Lidl next door, perfect for snacks and a really comfy bed. Can’t fault it!

We had a great stay here in the hotel. It has a functional kitchen, convenient for cooking. There is also paid laundry on site. Lidl is just next door for grocery shopping, and the bus stop is just across the street. They provided us with the tourist card, so we had free transportation into the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Appart’Hôtel Geneva. Their facilities are brand new and modern, with everything designed for comfort and convenience. Overall it's very good. The train station to the top of the mountain is right at the door, and you can get a 30% discount if you give a note at the front desk.

we had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, and we had a wonderful room with the most incredible view, no complaints at all. My only complaint was the food at the breakfast buffet, it was really nothing special, locked, originality, and somewhere homemade options.

Perfect hotel in Lugano Excellent hotel, old classic style, very comfortable and spacious room, good quality beds and beddings. We stayed in the double room with balcony, room looks like a junior suite, had 2 bathrooms. Hotel has a wonderful garden, perfect location , on the lake and not very far from center.

This hotel is of old aristocratic style, located right by Lake Lugano. Its location is impeccable, and its biggest advantage lies in its design. The furnishings, gardens, and rooms are all magnificent, showing the Europeans' particularity. The only drawback is that the dining is rather average.

Wonderful Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. We stayed in a standard room, which was big but fairly basic, though clean. Good amenities (the room had a kettle and a coffee machine). Efficient housekeeping staff. The experience was exceptional, with outstanding hospitality and breathtaking views at the hotel. The food and the hotel property left a lasting impression. The desire to return with family for a memorable stay was evident, and overall, the experience was greatly appreciated and cherished.

It is not the first time we stayed in this hotel and as before we were fully satisfied with the service and the room. The hotel offers excellent breakfast and delicious dinner. It has a reasonable size pool and nice wellness area.

We loved this hotel. We booked a grand double deluxe room which had a seperate small living area to the bedroom, a full bathroom with seperate bathtub and big outdoor terrace. Very nice boutique hotel located in city central. Close to everything you need to do in zurich. The room is a bit small but very nicely decorated with a big working desk and a sizeable wardrobe. The bathroom is neat and clean.

The staff (night shift) nor really helpful to show us our room. Our room is in another building ( cross the indoor bridge) snd that's not expected. no air-conditioning until inside the room. Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed. No shower door but ok with the curtain. Might need more towels incase the water on the floor.

This hotel is amazing, especially the location which is only 3 min walk from the Zermatt Station. It’s also very closed to the main street, supermarket amd restaurants. The room is spacious and we were so lucky to see the sunrise view of Matterhorn due to the good weather. Highly recommended to friends and families who would like to visit Zermatt.

It's a nice hotel, but be aware that it is also a clinic and rehabilitation place, so the ambience may differ slightly from that of a regular hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, with a really nice view. The food was delicious.
