The bathroom was awful. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage.

Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped. We had a great experience here over a long weekend at the start of December. First off the location is perfect. Right in the city centre. The rooms are nice and modern with all you really need. One nice touch is that every room has a guitar amp which you can use with the multiple guitars you can borrow from reception. This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Switzerland! The snow-capped mountains right outside the window were stunning, and breakfast with a view of the Alps was incredible.
