The bathroom was awful. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage.

Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was above average, though not super lavish. It's a four-star hotel, and compared to a Crowne Plaza in China, the room was on the smaller side.

We had such a great experience at Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva. Otho and Erwan were incredibly welcoming and made us feel so comfortable from the start. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and full of laughter. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Geneva!

Stylish hotel. Was very cozy and pleasant room. Loved the speaker and the smell of the hair products! Location is ideal. Pillows were comfortable. Chromecast didn’t work with iPhone unfortunately. A bit strange to have glass walls of the shower 😅

Had a wonderful 2 night stay for me (16) and my Mum’s first time in Geneva. Lovely welcoming staff, are there to help with any issues. We had a great experience here over a long weekend at the start of December. First off the location is perfect. Right in the city centre. The rooms are nice and modern with all you really need. One nice touch is that every room has a guitar amp which you can use with the multiple guitars you can borrow from reception. Food and drink wise it's pretty standard hotel fare which tbh I wouldn't highly recommend...

This right next to Geneva Train station and 2 mins walk. All buses stop right in front of the hotel. It is so convenient, especially with 2 big luggages and 80 years dad. This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Switzerland! The snow-capped mountains right outside the window were stunning, and breakfast with a view of the Alps was incredible. It’s located right next to the tram station which was super convenient to get to the main train stop. They had lovely friendly staff and we got a small treat and flavored water while we were waiting for check in. They also give you a card to travel around the city on the public transport. Breakfast was also really good!!

Poor quality mattress and pillow that is old. No bath robe, toiletries and bedroom slippers. They didn’t bother to top up water, coffee or tea on subsequent days. Did not consistently clear the trash. Not a nice feeling when returning from a long day of meetings, to see that the room is not cleaned up.
