The location is superb, right next to the lake, and it's probably the most luxurious running route in the world. There happened to be a jazz rehearsal across the street, and I snuck into one last time. Perfect!

People are super nice, breakfast was amazing and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking! Our 2yo son had a great time in the big playroom and the warm pool. Wellness area is very modern and clean

A very large and luxurious hotel. We especially enjoyed the spa area. It is also very large, beautifully and cleanly furnished. There is the option of using separate saunas and a very well-equipped fitness room.

Nice stay the only thing is that the putdoor pool should be renovated and make it bigger and more classy

The spa and swimming pool facilities are first-class, the sauna can be walked directly out and rest on the lawn facing the lake. The small Italian restaurant near the back door of the hotel is very delicious

Amazing location right on Lake Geneva with stunning views of the Jet d'Eau ! The staff were friendly and professional, the indoor pool and spa were highlights, and the rooms were comfortable.

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

The hotel is located near the lake. It is very convenient to walk over and take pictures. It is a new hotel with fresh decoration style in the rooms. There is actually a Chinese restaurant in the hotel

The hotel environment is elegant, clean and upscale. The interior environment of the room is also the type I like and very clean. I came here on a business trip just to experience it

It's close to the airport and has very easy access via bus to the city center. Moreover hotel provides you travel pass for all public transportation which saves you a huge amount on transportation

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting to the city center is also easy, and they even provide a free transport card, making it perfect for a layover 👍

The hotells spa was really great as it’s free access to the pool, sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. (No hotspring available as said on the website)

We had to lift our own luggages into the minivan that transfer us to the airport- to be, this should be a hotel service.  Breakfast was decent though not as sumptuous compared to London Hiltons that I have stayed at

One thing that could be improved would be the soundproofing insulation of the window panes in the rooms. But again, the exceptional service from the Staff makes it up for it

The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage

However, the internet in the room was constantly offline, so we were unable to use it. The bathroom glass door kept getting stuck, and we were afraid it might break while using it

I have been traveling abroad for many years, and this is the first time we have been asked to pay a deposit of 100 Swiss francs at check-in, which we found quite surprising

The people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK

The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station

Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again

You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The room corridors are relatively new

One particular staff member that stood out was Youssef, the bartender in the hotel, who was always there to help and went out of his way whether it was through acts of kindness, or simply a smile

He really contributed to the overall satisfaction of my stay. The rooms were consistent cleaned and the food is great

Unfortunately they havent done this, I got my points for the 4 nights only today ( January 6th ) so on January 1st I had 0 points and well I'm still just "Silver" in 2026, so yes that is honestly very disapointig, and I'm kinda not happy

Would I book the hotel, I guess yes, I am just very unhappy about that they promise that they will credit my first 3 nights in 2025 so I would go Gold, and that has not happened, and yes that annoys me really a lot!

We also changed rooms after 2 nights, room 504 was alright and kinda big, but well if your neighbors went to the toilet, you could hear them urinate and well also hear the sound you do while well uhm N°2

Amazing hotel with incredible service! The place is wonderful. My family and I stayed here for two nights. The welcome is perfect, and the friendless of the staff at the front desk and entrance is above and beyond

We went for a day spa experience and cocktails and lunch afterwards in the living room. Really nice experience- the spa was great with many different saunas and pools (even outdoor which is cool wintertime)

Coming from the states it takes alot to get to Verbier. Coming from Zurich you can take the train or car but from Geneva you have to drive. But the Whatever, whenever is on full display upon arrival

Short escape to Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for a weekend. We spent a wonderful time. Service was excellent and quality of food and beverage as well. Can only recommend the resort for to take a break, relax and unwind.

Simply the best place to stay in the city

I chose this airport hotel because I had a flight the next day. They have a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Everything looks great and love the morning meal. delicious!

Just outside the airport, about 20min walk. We didn’t walk, we took the airport shuttle, the driver is very nice.

All the shuttle buses for the various airport hotels seem to stop randomly, so you really have to search, especially if it's your first time staying at this hotel, as the bus names aren't always easy to recognize

This hotel had the best check in staff who brought warmth and joy when we talked to him. Breakfast staffs were horrible tho. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect!

You can say that the rooms are a bit dated and there's some issues with the shower and one of the sinks but those things were fixed in a few minutes from a call to the desk

It is quite expensive - $35 for a cocktail - but everything in St. I loved the location - close enough to the center that you can walk it, but far enough away that it is quiet. And the gondola is right across the street

Rooms are perfect size and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Regarding the food in the hotel - I definitely give it 5 stars. The breakfast is extremely rich and the piano accompaniment in the morning is gorgeous

The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety, all delicious, and there is tea, coffee, yogurt, and it ends at 11 o'clock. I spent a pleasant morning! I stayed for 5 days and was very satisfied

The area around the hotel is new (it’s being aimed at the very wealthy so is high-end, but a bit soulless) and there is a lot of construction going on, which woke me early each day

The hotel is handy for the train station (5 min walk) but is not in the centre of Andermatt village, which is a further 5-10 minute walk past the train station

The room facilities are a bit old, but the scenery is very good. There are USB devices in the room that can be used, which is worthy of praise. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is also delicious
