The location is superb, right next to the lake, and it's probably the most luxurious running route in the world. There happened to be a jazz rehearsal across the street, and I snuck into one last time. Perfect!

The hotel environment is elegant, clean and upscale. The interior environment of the room is also the type I like and very clean. I came here on a business trip just to experience it. The food is also very good and the transportation is very convenient in all aspects.

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped. Large room, great view and nice location. There is a supermarket near the hotel, just 3 mins away on feet. The bar in front of the reception is nice too. Big enough and comfortable. The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. Nice scenery, moderate housing prices in Europe

The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

We went for a day spa experience and cocktails and lunch afterwards in the living room. Really nice experience- the spa was great with many different saunas and pools (even outdoor which is cool wintertime). The living room had a great burger with sweet potato fries and great Bloody Marys. The view was amazing as well

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Switzerland! The snow-capped mountains right outside the window were stunning, and breakfast with a view of the Alps was incredible. The breakfast spread was really rich, and I especially loved the croissants. Plus, the entrance to First mountain is conveniently located right across from the hotel.
