We came before check-in and i asked if we can check-in already if there are available rooms and she said no. But while we were there are the lobby, she checked-in some groups and 2 gentlemen who came after us. I indicated in my booking our early check-in request but she didnt allow us. Further, she did not send the city pass prior check-in unlike in the hotel in montreux who sent us the montreux riviera...

Staff are very nice and helpful, and they provided useful and timely information. My family also enjoyed the breakfast.

The room is clean and service of staff is very good. Food for breakfast is fresh but limited choice of hot dishes, and if you stay in this hotel for more than 3 days, you may get bored with the repeated food. Suggest can plan to have breakfast in other place if possible. The location is ok, around 30 mins walk to the Lake and 15 mins walk to the Broken Chair.

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

The breakfast was terrible, probably the worst I've had at a European hotel in terms of variety. For over 2,000 a night, it was definitely not worth it; more like a 200 a night kind of place.

The location is quite convenient because just 4 minutes from tram station. There are also quite good restaurants nearby. The staffs are very nice. We wrote email and got the travel card in advance and it covered the transportation fee during our stay which is so helpful. It is also easy to reach everywhere from hotel.

This hotel is located right in front of the lake, which is super convenient for walks. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but given the low price, that's negligible – you shouldn't expect anything modern. It's very clean and has remarkable service. Our room included a bathtub and a kitchenette, which was very useful for relaxing, warming up, and cooking. I recommend it.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, being just a 1-2 minute walk from the lake. The No. 15 bus stop is also a short stroll away. Reviews don’t do justice to this hotel. It’s new, clean, has very comfortable beds, room with decent space, punctual  shuttle service to airport with breakfast included. The airport is very close, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a free shuttle that runs from early morning until 11:30 PM.

The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. Overall, I liked it and can recommend it. However, the amenities are very limited. At a minimum, every room should have a kettle and a bottle of fresh water daily. Not to mention slippers and a toothbrush, which were also missing. On the positive side: the hotel is beautiful, the bed and room are comfortable. It's clean. The tram ride to the city center takes 20-25 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the price was great. The hotel facilities were complete, and the room was clean, tidy, and looked new. Although it's close to the airport, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent; when they're closed, there's absolutely no noise. By the way, the hotel's beer is fantastic, you should definitely try it!

There's a shuttle bus to and from Geneva Airport, so access is pretty good. You can get to the city center in just under 30 minutes by tram.

This hotel is good for cheap travel. The bathroom is small and feels cheap (the walls of it are as thin as they get). The shower, separated from the toilet feels similar. On the positive side, the beds are resistant and they do clean the room every day.

I am driving. The so-called 'parking' facility is public parking with completely no relationship with the hotel. So the price of parking in the hotel facility description is totally wrong! The car parking description should be described as 'parking in nearby public carpark and price unknown.' Otherwise, the hotel is central to everything.

The room was quite small, only enough space to open one suitcase. They made the most of the limited space, but it was really just a place to crash for one night. Great location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though. My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. Excellent location!!!! It's in the center of Geneva, two blocks away to take tram 18 to go to Bell Air, where Lake Geneva is located. The recepcionist will give you a Geneva pass, to take transportation free of charge all over the city including boats. That's awesome!!

The hotel is excellently located. One step out of the door turn left and left again and wonderful photo opp if the Lake Geneva Fountain. Great restaurants within walking distance in all directions. One of the more modern ibis hotels that is well designed and has a hot breakfast. Its slightly far from Basel SBB but completely walkable. Would stay here again.

Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet. Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight.
