The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

The hotel environment is elegant, clean and upscale. The interior environment of the room is also the type I like and very clean. I came here on a business trip just to experience it. The food is also very good and the transportation is very convenient in all aspects.

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

Large room, great view and nice location. There is a supermarket near the hotel, just 3 mins away on feet. The bar in front of the reception is nice too. Big enough and comfortable. Smoking area is nicely set. A couple of ashtrays, chairs, tables are all set. You don’t need to stand to smoke. All good for smokers.

The room was large and spacious, with a balcony offering a direct view of the Jungfraujoch – the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent, and there were many public facilities available. You could even book various yoga and fitness classes, or play tennis. A two-night stay was a great experience. The town's main commercial street is just a short walk away.

The best hotel in Lausanne, full of history, several restaurants are excellent, and the lake view room has an unbeatable view. I especially recommend the hotel breakfast, which is healthy and delicious. They prepare a variety of delicacies for guests with special care, and it is open until 11 o'clock, so you can slowly enjoy breakfast and beautiful scenery.

This was originally my father's regular hotel. It is a classic luxury hotel in a good way, unlike the recent cost-conscious American chain hotels.

Nice hotel but a bit clautrophobic. We were asked for a tip when leaving which was very unpleasant. First time it has ever happened and we travel a lot. The hotel should pay decent salaries instead of asking its guests for extra money.

Like how the hotel sends out welcome e-mail prior to check in to better understand the needs of guests and going all out to make sure that our stay was comfortable.
