The location is superb, right next to the lake, and it's probably the most luxurious running route in the world. There happened to be a jazz rehearsal across the street, and I snuck into one last time. Perfect!

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

We went for a day spa experience and cocktails and lunch afterwards in the living room. Really nice experience- the spa was great with many different saunas and pools (even outdoor which is cool wintertime). This is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in a central area, and is housed in a beautiful old building with impeccable taste in every aspect. The restaurant's terrace overlooking the river is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too small; for such a large room, it would be advisable to make the bed a bit bigger.
