Amazing location right on Lake Geneva with stunning views of the Jet d'Eau ! The staff were friendly and professional, the indoor pool and spa were highlights, and the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel environment is elegant, clean and upscale. The interior environment of the room is also the type I like and very clean. I came here on a business trip just to experience it. The food is also very good and the transportation is very convenient in all aspects.

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

The room is nice, the service is satisfactory, and it makes you feel at home.

The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

The room was large and spacious, with a balcony offering a direct view of the Jungfraujoch – the scenery was beautiful. I especially recommend the hotel breakfast, which is healthy and delicious. Paying HKD 18,000 for a 'deluxe' suite that didn't even include breakfast was already a shock. What's worse, the amenities were incredibly mediocre, barely reaching a three or four-star standard.
