“Vitalresort” is the perfect name for this wellness oasis on the shores of Lake Thun. The rooms are spacious and offer a magnificent view of the lake or the breathtaking Stockhorn mountain range

We took the e-bikes to the City and back. The beach Bar was out of this World. Breakfast spread was very good

Ctrip's service is very good! Please note that the partial lake view does not actually have a lake view at all! The hotel room decoration is still very good

Every restaurant in the hotel is very popular. It is difficult to book a table in the evening, but the breakfast does not feel cost-effective enough

The scenery around the hotel is very good, and the bus is very convenient. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is also good, but the parking is a little tight, and the catering staff are average and cold

The room faces the lake, and the restaurant is also by the lake. You can enjoy the view from the balcony of the room. The restaurant has three meals a day and there is a direct bus No. 21. I like this hotel

A beutiful place, with great ambience and even more- a great surrounding!! Its all worth to travell for 10 min from Interlaken, to travel to stay at this place! The adjascent lakeside is mind-blowing and charishmatic! They have a nicely located restaurant with a good view of this lake

The bus stop is just outside which takes you to the town, the ferry port is right on the lake and you get a free ticket to both. I literally cannot fault this hotel. I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed

This hotel is beautifully situated, the views will blow you away. We stayed for 5 nights and it was the best. Staff could not do enough for us, beds comfy and everything spotlessly clean

The staff were so lovely friendly and helpful and had so many laughs with the manager and Spiros the waiter. The rooms are cleaned and beds made every day

I honestly don’t think you will find a better hotel for the money in interlaken. The lake is crystal clear with several little beaches. Breakfast was plentiful with so much choice

The guesthouse is a bit far from Lucerne's train station, requiring about a 10-minute tram ride. However, there's a tram station right outside the guesthouse, making it convenient to get on and off

It's convenient to go to various attractions by bus, so it's suitable for city walks. There are no disposable items, there are hair dryers, bath towels, shower slippers, hand washing and shower shampoo

If you're planning to go on the Golden Circle tour, you won't need to go back into the city center for the return trip. We booked a triple room with a large balcony

The triple room on the second floor has a super large terrace, where you can have a picnic, and the room is also equipped with a large electric fan

The room was quite spacious, but there was no air conditioning. Two standing fans were provided, which was just right for September

The lakeside beach is within walking distance, and the scenery is quiet, making it a good place to relax and stroll. The location is convenient, combined with the mountain view and water color, it is overall satisfactory

It was all good. Facing down the lake makes it really relaxing. One can even rent a SUP at the concierge. It was maybe just a little bit too much attitudes at the check-in. Everything else is just perfect.

The price for this three star hotel is good value for money, in expensive Zermatt!!! For us Brits that's important right now. Breakfast was basic but perfectly ok. An addition of eggs would be good

It's not a 4 or a 5 * Hotel - but you know that when you book. My room was more than enough - I spent the days in the mountains - not in the my hotel room. I even had dinner there, which was nice too

This hotel has a fantastic location across the road from the main station and right beside the Gornergrat railway and buses. It is an ancient Swiss Chalet Hotel with the characteristics of said era

Awesome therme and salty pools! We spent a rainy evening from 18:00 to 21:00 there and enjoyed every moment at Deltapark and the surroundings. Price 35 CHF / person for 3 h, including 2 towels and bathrobe

I’ll give even a 6 stars to Elisa who gave us a very good orientation of the hotel. Very memorable welcome by Elisa at the reception. Till now I remember her name so clearly because I’m very impressed at her service

In the bathroom, they have mounted in the wall shampoo and body gel. The hotel is located very conveniently near the train terminal and some major supermarket and some restaurants

Loved the hotel! The room was a little dark and the black light switches on the black walls were difficult to find at first, but the hotel was clean and the staff was terrific!

They have an electric kettle in the room with some tea bags, some sugar packs and a bag of peanuts. They also provide complimentary water bottle, sparkling water and coke zero in the fridge

The breakfast is delicious with tremendous choice and starts at 7 am. The staff are friendly and helpful. We also could walk everywhere very easily. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I’ve stayed here twice already, and both times were really great. The hotel is modern and sleek and nothing is really old (EXPECT THE HAIR BLOWDRYER!!! need to update them)
