Great hotel. Amazing view. Fantastic service. Will stay again.

We had to lift our own luggages into the minivan that transfer us to the airport- to be, this should be a hotel service. Everything else was good.  Breakfast was decent though not as sumptuous compared to London Hiltons that I have stayed at. 

Very nice room, the view from the room is gorgeous. The hallway from lift to rooms smell really bad, heavy smell of smoking cigarettes. The location is behind Palexpo. Not clear enough how to get there or how to get to from the Hotel to Palexpo. A crucial sign is missing when you have split route without sign which path to follow. From Palexpo I took a taxi to the the hotel. But that was a waist if...

Close to Geneva Airport with free shuttle bus every 20 minutes. The room is clean and spacious but many amenities are missing due to planet saving policies.

The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

The room is good, with a good view. You can see Lake Geneva next to the Palais des Nations. The view and walk are very good. The room has been visited by many celebrities. The service is also very good. The tap water in the bathroom is a little small, maybe because the decoration is a little old. Other aspects are good.

Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. I have stayed in this hotel at least 7 or 8 times. I go skiing in the same hotel every year, so I know a lot of the staff. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel facilities and facilities are great. The only downside is that the restaurant is so average. It has not improved over the years.

We paid for 4 people in 1 room, there always wasn’t enough slippers for all of us. The conditioner and shower/shampoo bottles fell off during our shower and almost hit us. The charging outlets were not functioning. Terrible.

The best hotel in Lausanne, full of history, several restaurants are excellent, and the lake view room has an unbeatable view. I especially recommend the hotel breakfast, which is healthy and delicious. Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, you can directly ask the hotel to call a car for pick-up. The hotel lobby and interior have been renovated and are clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel room rate includes spa treatment. This spa center is very convenient opposite the hotel. It is clean and comfortable and has many spa facilities. It is highly recommended.

It is very close to the train station and bus station. Lugano has beautiful scenery. You can walk by Lake Lugano every morning and evening. The experience is great. I think I will still choose this hotel next time I come.

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

Very close to the convention center. Convenient for travel, the old hotel is trustworthy. Recommended for business travel. Because of the surrounding exhibitions, you can book a little earlier. The price will be more suitable.

Knowing that every year, June is summertime in this location, yet the air conditioner is effectively not working at all. The room is so cramped and small, with a good AC, it will cool the hot room really fast. Our room unit control Air flow is set to max & lowest temperature yet - its HOT & HUMID the whole night. Well the location and pick-up service from the airport was excellent including all the amenities and bed was comfy too. I was rather not happy with the reception team attitude which are not at all welcoming. Good Location near airport and palexpo, easy transportation to different parts of city. 

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. The service was normal. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Also, it is far from the lake. Please consider carefully if you want to see the lake view.

This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! This is the first time I've stayed in a 7,000 yuan hotel without heating. I've learned a lot.

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed.
