Stayed here last October and service and attention to detail was amazing. Hence why we returned this January. A simple thing for an asthmatic like me was to request a pillow that was foam or synthetic

The answer I got was sorry don’t have but if you get an attack we can take you to a hospital. How absurd! Standards have dropped. I had to ask for a plate four times before I got one at breakfast

The pool was so clean and there is no crowd at morning but at the evening the pool is so crowded, you cant swim at all because is so small

Not a luxury hotel but a good place for the price. There is a restaurant in the building open 24/7. I felt very comfortable there. The only crticism is that wifi quality was very poor.

Good hotel, staff are hospitable, one was unprofessional but the manager (a real cool dude) was able to solve an altercation with him. Their breakfast is nice, rooms not bad

TV wasn't working all the three days - they didn't care, no room clean up in the morning and no mosquito nets (but had no mosquito luckily). It's a fair price but there is room for improvement

The hotel staff were great, polite and accommodating. They were able to check me in very late after my flight was delayed for a few hours past the regular check-in window

Really nice simple place to stay , plenty of convenient stores around, a bank close by and a restaurant on property. First time to dar es salaam and management went above and beyond to help me and my family get around

Great stay at M Mbezi , great location closed We have received a warm welcome!! Staff offered outstanding customer service!! - room was clean, bed was comfortable -most amenities was available , location close to shopping centre and buses - air conditioning was working well - delicious meal ( breakfast and dinner ) -finally, I would suggest to do some renovations on shower

The facilities are old, there is only soap in the bathroom, the smell in the room is not very friendly, and the most important thing is that the price is very high, and the cost performance is very low

Nice staff I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy

its a hotel locaited at town near to stone town city, Zanzibar urban town cuty, its lively place with 5 star service, not far from airport and also very near to port.

Room service was very slow only getting done around 10am. We decided to take a walk down the beach, which was full of rubbish which we also found disappointing

The staff were very friendly We feel that on the web site it should be stipulated that the locals frequent the resort and this will give the foreign visitors the option to book or not to book at the resort, as the local have no respect for their local resorts

The next day we did virtually the same and this time ordered king prawns and chips and fish and chips when eventually it arrive the prawns were not king prawns and had not been cleaned properly we found the service to be very slow

We went to the dinning area the following morning and sadly walked past a resort that was dirty with plastic cups bottles paper napkins and bottles scattered all over. We had our breakfast, and returned to our room

In the afternoon around 2pm we decided to go for lunch, we ordered our drinks which took about 15 mins to arrive fish and chips and calamari and chips, which took 1 hour to arrive

The resort was not busy so they had no excuse for being busy or over worked. But very tasty when eventually it arrived

The only slight disappointment was the cost of the cocktails and beer - double what the beach bars charge which is a shame because we would have enjoyed several at the poolside! That said, we would definitely return here again if we came back to Zanzibar and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect hotel in Paje

Fabulous hotel in lovely location. Rooms are individual bungalows some with private pools. The staff are amazing - thanks especially to Frank. Food was delicious

The hotel is safe there is always 2 personal guards at the beach and also the beach is very beautiful. Air conditioned, water every day refilled and you can see some monkey around! Recommend

This is an excellent hotel located directly on the long beautiful beach on the east coast of Sansibar. The hotel has a large pool sourounded by palm trees and other tropical plants

Location on the beach was Beautiful. Staff very friendly and food was exceptional. Massage and Body scrub is a must do. Grounds are immaculate with beautiful gardens.

Really nice beach so peaceful in the mornings during the day there is the odd seller trying to push tours but nothing like stone Town and Nungwi so many bars and restaurants with direct beach access

The room with sea view on the second floor was very hygienic. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not available. It would be hot in the dry season

I mentioned that I love seafood and my wife is vegetarian, and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Every meal felt thoughtful and personalized, and we felt truly looked after

At one point we had an issue with a local situation outside the hotel, and the team rushed immediately to help us, making us feel safe and supported — that meant a lot to us

We found the beach quite scruffy which was disappointing as there is a nursery school on the one side of Sofia & an informal creche on the other & they did not clear their part of the beach, but left lots of washed up rubbish above the high tide line

First do not leave your valuables in the room, we missed 200$ after the first room cleaning. The place is on the beach and it s nice, but the room is overrun, walls are degrading, the toilet, sink, shower are rusty

The beach is great, the access to the sea is very near but with rocks. (it's sand beach) The pool is great as well with a beautiful environment

Great hotel, nice pool, good food, great breakfast ,they have an execptable gym, friendly people everyting there but the beach is a big disappoitement

100 % covered by seaweed, they only clean a small 2meter way to the water when it is low tide

Albatross Ocean View is a wonderful small hotel. The whole staff is very friendly. Food, rooms and service are also excellent. Very familiar atmosphere. The staff also offers support in planning trips in Sansibar!

I was in a beach view bungalow in the beautiful and well tended garden. The beach is accessible directly from the hotel via a set of steps and you can walk into the busier part of Nungwi from here

A few other things to note: Payments: When checking out, the hotel had issues with their card machine, and after multiple attempts, they eventually sent me a payment link to settle the bill online

In terms of cleanliness the towels always had some stains on. Although there were faults we were content with our stay as the view and food was amazing

We are returning guests and we are so happy to be here again! It’s absolutely stunning and exceptional place! Luxury style and service, there are cinema in swimming pool (Netflix) , wonderful food, high speed Internet, massage (highly recommended !!!) A lot of activities in resort, such as jet ski , volleyball, gym, yoga place, spa, quad bikes and jetty ! And special, very warming , relaxing atmosph...

The jetty was amazing and we spent a lot of time there, but everyone working from the front desk, to resturant, to managers and housekeeping was so warm and welcoming! It really made and impact! It was bittersweet leaving this place, but we will most definitely be back sooner than later

Beautiful beach hotel which is well worth the money. Majority of guests are couples of all ages. Be prepared to be charged for WiFi, snorkeling, fishing, etc.

But the best thing was the staff, they was all amazing and helpful. They were always happy and spoke great english. Especially the waitress called Jasmine was amazing. Would recommend everyone to visit

Nice place to stay due to possibility to walk around the beach and enjoy beautiful sunshines. Within few minutes walking on the beach Kiwengwa is plenty of restaurants, bars, kitesurfing spots and schools

It is right by the beach so it was great to walk out from the room directly to the sea. The place is clean and the breakfast was nice. Very serene place - highly recommend it to anyone going to zanzibar

Simba Beach is an amazing place, very clean and right by the beach. We loved hearing the waves all throughout the night and in the morning we'd wake up to a beautiful sunrise

Wonderful weeklong stay at Indigo Beach! The staff were absolutely fantastic, from how friendly they were to our toddler, to helping organize tours and a massage, to helping us figure out a doctor to take our daughter to when she got sick on our last day

The food was overall good - we did bed & breakfast but, in the future, would not do breakfast as there are many places to explore in Paje, nearby, and the options were the same every day - fruit, bread of your choice (toast, crepe like pancakes, or banana bread or muffin), eggs of your choice, bacon (more like Canadian bacon), sausage, or an English breakfast

I would also note that the pillows smelled, like they had been in storage for a while and not washed, but we were able to find throw pillows that were ok (we did not mention to the staff, as we forgot whenever we left the room)

The lunch menu had quite a bit of options - we had grilled fish, grilled octopus, and fish nuggets, which were all good. The dinner menu was smaller options, so we generally preferred to go explore other restaurants

Very nice hotel, everything is super clean, very safe, has a private beach, so you are safe from all the local sellers.

We paid a little extra and had a nicer room, in the back of the resort, which has access to its own pool and is a bit quieter than the rooms on the beach which are next to the restaurant and the resort next door

Beautiful place, good food, nice staff, have privet beach ❤️ For walk in sea and see nice staf inside we pay 30€ ( its to much) after walk we get info 10 € its normal price 🤪 but i recomend do it with some guys who can tell and show everything, its amazing ❤️ In hotel we get better price then booking give us (35€/for night) ⭐

Our room was up-to-date, had everything we needed, the beds had mosquito nets, and the bathroom was good. The nearby small pool, was a very nice place to hang out. Its the beach here that is really the winner

The bungalows are beautiful and very well kept, less than a minute walk to a white sandy beach that has clear blue shallow water perfect for swimming

The resort is right on the beach, and the restaurant sits next to the beach and while covered, is open sided, and you often have a lovely breeze blowing through
