Beautiful atmosphere at Ananda beach hotel, the hotel is well located right on the beach. The hotel staff is lovely and helpful. The rooms are very clean and still cleaned daily. Also the restaurant Hello Capitano is very good. You’ll be in the right place staying there.

Enjoyed a few days in Paje relaxing on the beach after my trek up Kilimanjaro! The rooms are very clean, nice and simple. The staff is helpful and kind. There is a delicious restaurant to enjoy breakfast (included), lunch or dinner. You can enjoy time at the pool or the Indian Ocean is just steps from your door! Kite surfing lessons are also offered and easy to arrange. I highly recommed Ananda for your stay in Paje!

Me and my partner stayed at Casa Ananda for 5 days but we wish we had longer there. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff are there. Instantly made us feel at home. From Thompson and Twalibu in reception to Shedy from Guest Services, these people truly made the experience special for us. Especially after a last minute proposal due to a cancelled safari. They were as happy as us! The food in the restaurant was some of the best on the beach front and the lovely relaxed atmosphere really sums up the lifestyle in Zanzibar. When we’re back we will be staying here. Hakuna Matata

Great location right on the beach, lovely pool which is nicely secluded from the beach, staff were lovely especially shady who checked us in and then checked how we were every day and made sure we were enjoying our stay! The rooms were always clean and bathrooms perfect. Lovely view of the sea from our room. The massages from the hotel are amazing also!

I stayed with my family at Ananda Beach Hotel in Zanzibar, and we honestly had the best time ever. The hotel is right on a stunning beach with clear blue water and such a calm, relaxing vibe. Our room was super clean, cozy, and had an incredible view of the ocean. The staff were all so kind and helpful — they really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and local dishes. It’s a perfect spot for families, with plenty of space for the kids to play. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED staying at Ananda. We spent 2 weeks and couldn’t fault anything. The hotel is literally on the beach and shoes are superfluous. The staff are so friendly and kind and the rooms are clean and spacious. Paje beach is laid back and stress free. We travelled to the north to see Nungwi as everyone told us it was the most beautiful beach on the island but we ran back to Paje! We will definitely be back.

The location, just at the beach!! The restaurant sitting and food was awesome. And the room, having two double beds to accommodate both kids, made it economical. The room was very clean & cool, decorated well, all needful facilities - mosquito nets, cloths stand, etc.

Great experience. if you are considering going to Paje, then this is the best place to stay. Friendly staff, good food and well located in front of the beach. We came during low season and all the services were available here, something different we noted at other places nearby. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower (unstable).
