Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar - All Inclusive in Pwani Mchangani

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days with my husband and 12year old daughter. The hotel and its grounds are lovely. Gardens beautiful, well maintained. We stayed in garden bungalow with partial sea view, it was up the hill. Rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The rooms were made up twice a day. We had minibar refilled with water and soft drinks every day. The food was Ok, sometimes repetitive. Slightly more spicy. There are 4 a´la cart restaurants. They were good. The restaurant was nice, had no problem to find a table. The waiting staff was nice, polite. Drinks were good. There was a big variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and coctails in various bars and restaurants. The pools were nice, clean. In the morning we sometimes joined water aerobics. There were some sunbeds around the pool , there was no problem to find sunbeds at the beach. Beach service was super. Beach towels were changed each evening in the room. During the day at the reception if needed. The beach was nice, but sometimes full of sea ****. In a.m. time there was low tide and we were looking for sea animals like starfish, sea cucumber, snails, .... The sea was very warm. The only negative were beach boys, very annoying. On Easter Sunday there were some games for kids but no other entertainment or programme during Easter. There were Evening Programmes every day, live music, some acrobats, dancers... During our stay there were some repairment / reconstructions processes ongoing, so some spots were noisy during the day. Overall we had very nice and enjoyable holiday.

We cant forget the moment we had from this hotel lovely servise unique smile from Allen the best barman ever we got delicious cocktail from pool bar and at the barcat in evening goodentertainment machano salama and our dejay were nice rooms were well decorated and deliciousfood we loved african dinner

Very good experience at this hotel it’s had a great staff they are very friendly and we loved Allen very polite always smiling give us the best drink and told us history about the islands I’m giving 5 stars great time

It was a perfect Trip! The Hotel, the room, the buffet everything! Especially Allan, he works at the poolbar and in the evening at the dinner!!! Very friendly! Hakuna matata! We come back again!!!

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in late September. On arrival we were greeted at reception with a drink and a much-needed hot towel after a very long flight. From the moment we arrived everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Our luggage was taken to our room while we were checking in, during checking we were provided a map with all relevant information such as restaurant times and provided services. Once checked in we were taken by golf cart to our room, this was up a very steep hill but the golf cart service is complimentary. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It came with a large balcony which had 2 chairs and a table. The room contained a large and comfy 4 posted bed with mosquito netting all around, a vanity table and large mirror, Side board with Tea and Coffee facilities, a mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks, a wardrobe with an ironing board, iron and umbrellas. The room also provided Towelling robes, Slippers, pool towels and a beach bag. The bathroom was large, it has 2 sinks and a big shower with a waterfall head, the toilet was quite high for me (5’3) my feet dangled but it did what its meant to do. It also provided a shaving mirror, large mirror, powerful hairdryer and large towels. Steps are available to go down the hill, each step has a low step down so it is not to hard on your knees or you can call reception for a golf cart. Reception has a lovely fountain which is always decorated with fresh flowers and comes with friendly and welcoming staff. The main pool with the pool bar has both deep and shallow sections and is very large. There is also another large pool with both deep and shallow sections, this is closer to the buffet and is significantly quieter. Both however are clean. The buffet restaurant which can be used for Breakfast, lunch and dinner is a large area with plenty of helpful staff and lots of choice when it comes to food, the also offer the Italian as a place to go for lunch. For dinner there are also 3 restaurants you can book, Italian, Indian and Thai, our favourite was the Indian but all are very good with a decent amount to choose from. There is a gourmet which you can book and pay for, we did not attend this so can not comment. Evening entertainment is also available, this is on the ‘stage’ area near the main buffet restaurant, this unfortunately goes on at the same time as dinner so you are not able to fully enjoy the show, I feel this would be better if, for example is started 1 hour after dinner begins, then people can chose to have dinner early but still catch the show. The beach is a few steps from the pool, powdery white sand, there are plenty of sun loungers and if you cant find one in the spot you like then one of the very helpful beach attendants will be there to assist. There is a wall to stop the waves and then the sea, beyond the wall you will find a few men and women selling tours, trinkets, clothes and so on, they are not harassing, and a simple no thank you if you aren’t int

This is a very nice and beautiful beach resort along the east coast of Zanzibar. The staff was so friendly, the accommodations nice, beach was spectacular colors and chairs in the shade easy to find. All inclusive food was good, typical for a resort and drinks plentiful. Mosquito nets for the beds, bottled water for use in the room. Special thanks to the staff for their friendly and prompt service! Note that many of the rooms are up the hill. The partial ocean view rooms, including ours were 71 steps up and down. For younger people this isn't a big deal, and the staff in the lobby is happy to take older folks like us up the hill in golf carts. We'd stay here again!

Such a Perfect Place to be!! The Hotel is very beautiful and the Service is extraordinary! Especially the Service from Allen, the best bartender! His Cocktails are so tasty and a Special thanks for the delicious mocktail for my daughter
