This condo is way above average because the management - headed by a sincere gentleman is Professional . I would avoid it during high season as the entire building seemed to be occupied by families. The noise is too much to handle . The flats are rather ' very' small and the one I stayed in was furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Fairly new and modern . The electricity went out several times during heavy rain but it was due to some malfunction of municipality transformer - hopefully is fixed !

if you think you can walk to the beach from the condo then don't stay there ! You need a transport to get to a nearby beach on the island ( KATA , Rawai or karon ) . I stayed there to avoid the tourists crowd.
Overall is very good, and I will always remember my time there - 'magnifique' and overwhelming panoramic view from the roof top

Great staff. Beautiful building. Very clean and modern. Panoramic views of the bay from the roof. Relaxing here has been one of my favorite parts of my SE Asia holiday.

Found this place via google when looking for Sunday roasts and drove 45 mins to get there. Wow it was was worth it. Amazing staff amazing roast and amazing value for money. Definitely recommended.
