Everything was great! The organization, check-in, and check-out were all smooth.

We stayed for six days in April in apartment B504 on the fifth floor. It had a beautiful view of the mountain, jungle, and pool. The apartment was clean, and the complex was very quiet, with the management company always available. There were two air conditioners, but we only used them in the living room. A washing machine was on the balcony, along with three bottles of laundry detergent. The sea was a five-minute walk down a narrow path between the hotels. Across the street was a grocery store with Russian products, two currency exchange offices, and massage parlors. The complex grounds were spacious, making it pleasant to stroll around in the evening. Of course, there were signs of use—the bathroom door was swollen, and the curtains were scorched. Someone from the previous tenants completely ruined the entire set of cookware. I would also have liked a complimentary tea and coffee set.

The apartment left a very pleasant impression. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable for living. I was especially pleased with the location — the condo is close to the sea, which makes for a maximally comfortable vacation. A huge plus is the ground floor with direct access to the pool: you can literally go straight from your room to the relaxation area, which is very convenient and enjoyable.

I'd also like to give a special mention to the hosts — they were always reachable, responded quickly, and helped resolve any issues. Communication was easy and friendly, and you could feel their care for guests.

Nevertheless, there are a few things I'd like to see improved. Firstly, there's a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. This is really important, as towels are often used, remain damp, and there's simply nowhere to hang them.

Secondly, when booking or communicating before check-in, it would be good to mention in advance that there's construction going on across the street. Sometimes it can slightly interfere with a comfortable stay. This isn't a significant drawback of the apartments themselves, but such information helps to better manage expectations.

Overall, the apartment left a very good impression, and with these small details addressed, a stay here would be even more comfortable.

Really great hotel. It has everything you need to make breakfast. The room is very spacious. There's secure parking. Awesome pools and beautiful grounds. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation is very convenient. It's close to restaurants, close to the beach, and there's a pharmacy nearby. It's not far from the airport. The room is clean and has all the amenities.

We read a lot of reviews before booking, and the reviews were mixed, but we went ahead. We were greeted upon arrival and checked into room B504. The first thing we were impressed with was how clean the apartment was (anyone who's stayed in air-conditioned apartments in Thailand will know what I mean). Everything was exactly as described: a washing machine, a large smart TV with RuTube 🤷🏻♂️, stable, good Wi-Fi, plenty of cooking utensils—in short, everything was perfect for the price. The only thing is that cleaning happens once a week, with a change of bed linen and towels, but since they do laundry, it's not a problem. The apartment also has vending machines with Russian food (dumplings, buckwheat, pickles, smoked mackerel, and much more). A special thank you to the host, Miss Puk, for the free late checkout!!! It was a 12-minute taxi ride to the airport.
