I just want to thanks Twinpalms for making our holiday so amazing and helping me plan my engagement. It’s such an amazing resort, it was our 2nd time staying there and we can’t wait to come back. The staff are so polite and helpful.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The location from the Surin-beach is the closest possible. This hotel is very well suited for relaxation.

This is a duplex room with a large bed upstairs (no door) and two twin beds downstairs (with a door). It has its own private pool, and the water is very clean. Great clean place in ideal location amongst shops and across the road from beach busy area I found the bed a little hard for my back but they didn't have a mattress topper,but the staff put another quilt underneath which helped. Free water and tea and coffee daily, cleaning room done quickly and clean, would stay again good value in low season.staff friendly and happy to assist. Thanks

I visited bangtao for training. Location is good for visit the bangtao muaytai&mma gym. Swimming pool is smaller than I expected. Representative picture about swimming pool tried to look bigger than real size. But, It is still good for kid. Although the view is not for ocean watching, it is very close to beach. Reception didn't greet on a late and tiring arrival. Not friendly and just procedural. We are "Asian sized", but Room is small,l Not enough space for 2 luggage and 2 adults. Washroom super small, amenities (toilet bowl, basin small)bare tightly packed. Water flow/pressure inconsistent, sudden cold sudden hot. Room moldy and humid, disturbing smell. Flying insects and ants on pillow every night, wonder...

The hotel is about half an hour from the airport, which makes getting to the airport much less stressful compared to staying in Patong or Karon. There's a dedicated shuttle service to the beach and commercial areas, which is very convenient. The restaurants nearby are also great!

Likely the Hilton closest to the airport. Arrived very late, and the front desk kindly granted a late check-out. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast spread is very generous. Plus, getting around the area from the hotel is super easy.

Highly recommend this resort. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The resort has amazing views. Sunset cocktails and delicious food , spacious rooms. Very good location. 10 mins of walk to sea or around 15-20 mins to Porto de phuket. Stable wifi, TV with YouTube and Google services, kitchen is ok as well. Cleaning is pretty well, landuary for 90 per 1kg. Good place which worth money that we paid.

I had a wonderful experience during stay here. All the staff are lovely and willing to help. The hotel has a pleasant, lush atmosphere and is well-organized. The surrounding conveniences are complete. To be honest, worth the price paid. I definitely stay here again if there’s any chance visiting Phuket again.

Very clean, great service and great value for money. Room has a full sized fridge/freezer which was a total lifesaver. Bit far away from the main attractions in Phuket but if you’re up for a nice 30-40 minute bike ride it’s perfect. Facilities were renovated - still renovating but this place is not new. For the general picture everything was okey. But my problem with my stay that my room was smelling humid and rust. They try to hide it with a room scent before delivering room to me but that only lasted 1 day.. which was not a successful attempt I also should mention. This hotel is quite close to Kamala Beach, which isn't too crowded and is generally peaceful. Stayed for edc thailand . Only around 20min drive to the venue even with traffic. Nice pool with big room. But the room was a bit stuffy but Aircon was strong.

One of the cheapest accommodation options on Kamala. It has a number of drawbacks, including an old mattress, a leaky air conditioner, and a constantly clogged sink drain. If the room's windows face the road, sleeping will be difficult; the noise from cars and motorbikes is audible late in the evening, at night, and early in the morning.

For the price, you can't go wrong. Good location and a good hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the windows, which unfortunately let in a lot of noise. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is right on Kamala Beach, situated along the beachfront road. It's very convenient to find restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The other side of the hotel faces the beach, offering beautiful views and a refreshing sea breeze all day. There's also a swimming pool, and you can easily access the beach for a swim.

It was just okay, basically a small family-run guesthouse with no real amenities. Not great value for money.

The room was fantastic, with direct access to the beach right outside! The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit old and creaked whenever I moved, but everything else was absolutely perfect! It was such a great value for money trip!

We did not stay at the hotel, but we came for breakfast everyday. For 150 THB you get a nice breakfast plate with sausages, egg, toast, a small salad and some juice. There's a bar with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold water, which is included. Also the service is very friendly. Recommended!

Location is nice as it is not in the centre of Kamala Beach and therefore more quiet, but in walking distance. Currently a little bit of construction close by but not really disturbing. Great and friendly service at the reception offering all the support you might need. Restaurant is excellent. Two pools are nice. The bungalow itself is a bit old and was not totally clean, but we enjoyed the stay.

The room is quiet despite being in a busy area, and you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony. The pool water has a salty taste. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, with delivery available. There is a kitchen, and the room had a slight odor, so some mosquito repellent liquid was provided.

Ideal location, only 30 seconds to the beach. The room had everything you need, Wi-Fi worked more or less quickly. There is a cafe with traditional Thai cuisine at this hotel. If you don't want to sit in the cafe, you can order in your room and sit on the mini terrace near the room. There is a small pool on the territory, 1.2 m deep, the child loved it.

I guess this place is ok for some travelers who will spend minimal time in the actual hotel but it’s really not at all an ideal space. Everything is dated and kind of strange, the air con looked really dirty, and there wasn’t a toothbrush. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this was one of the more depressing and regrettable bookings I’ve made. If I’m being fair to the place though...

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast (great omelets). Walking distance to Surin beach (10-12 min), with a 7-11 and or Tops along the way. Couple different restaurants close by, or you can eat upstairs in their restaurant. We also used Grab and ordered food In a few times. Each room has its own secure wifi, rather than open wifi for the whole building...

Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

Another great stay with trh avenue. We were aware of maintenance work being done on the property but it would have been nice to have been notified that workers were going to be on our balcony on the last morning.

Restaurant is a little bit to dirty, shelfs are full of dust. Room was perfect, hotel position was great, but we have problems with cold/hot water, unable to make a shower without burn or freezze. We had private pool, it was cleaned just 1 day of 8days.

This was the best start to our trip, just the two of us in a huge villa with ocean views and our own private pool. Spacious, clean, waking up to cruise ships on the horizon, quick room service for cocktails and food on the day bed.
