For the price, Chaweng Resort is the best in Chaweng beach north side. My stay took place during a period of very low occupancy, so some hotel services were not working, such as beach facilities, or working with limitations such as the restaurant/bar. As for the location, the hotel, both in terms of Beach road or the beach itself, for me it is the best one. Certainly I would stay there once again...

When we reached the hotel was surprised that the place was under extensive renovations which was not stated! We found out that it would be at least 6 months or till early 2024 due completion. Location wise it's a stone throw away from the Hinta and Hinyaa rocks formations.

The location is very good. But the room is very dirty and quite scary. The booking management is out of order. Employees do not care as they should. Many things are rusty and the water doesn't flow. The restaurant is not very clean.

Good value for money, clean and nice staf

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were always available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room itself was comfortable, featuring a good bed, effective air conditioning, and a pleasant balcony. One downside was the small bathroom. The bathtub used as a shower was quite cramped, the water pressure was low, and showering was not very comfortable.

I visited in early December for 8 days, and all of them were wonderful (there was only one rainy day, but that's more of a plus). The staff were all incredibly friendly; I personally became friends with everyone. The room had a pool, which was just amazing. There's a large, green area with palm trees. The breakfast was good. I recommend it for getting away from the hustle and bustle.

Poppies was the last stop on our honeymoon and a great choice for it. The site is right on the water, so you get to eat/drink at the restaurant or bar (or on the beach chairs) watching the ocean. Absolutely stunning hotel. Beautiful surroundings, staff very friendly and accommodating, rooms are very clean and cosy. This should be a 5 star hotel not a 4. We chose a hotel with bungalows, a very good option for a family with children! We stayed at The Jungle Club for two nights and loved every minute. The hillside views over Koh Samui are breathtaking, the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great hotel right on the beach. Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast but lunch and dinner not recommended, you can get better much cheaper in town. Only a short walk to town and beach bars. The hotel is excellent for this price. There's no dryer on the balcony. The air conditioner is right next to the bed. The TV only has four channels, so you can't watch anything online.

We had the bungalow right on the beach. Great! However, we had bad luck with the weather and the waves were high – very loud, which you could hear even in the bungalow. The hotel is very well located, right on the water with a magnificent view. The Thai-style room, with wooden furnishings, was spacious and had a very comfortable king-size bed. Excellent location that is less than 10minute walk to the beach. We booked the double room and left it a bit late so the accommodation in Samui was expensive but this was on the cheaper end so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. Really great guesthouse, during June no too much customer so it was really quiet, pool was clean and warm, actually it get clean everyday same for the garden which is really nice.
