My first time in thailand and had a room booked at the mountainview paradis for 3 nights. We showed up and no one was at the counter of the office. The emergency number was not in service so we couldn't contact anyone. We had to contact Expedia who later contacted the manager to get an employee out to meet us. Upon getting the room is was filthy and stains all over the bed sheets. We were going to rough it out for a night but then we realize the room doesnt even lock and we had wild wildlife in the room. If you want the motel experience this is for you. I love camping like the next person but wasnt looking for that experience here. We end up finding a new hotel for the next 3 night around midnight. I would stay away

The hotel is not new, but the rooms are cozy with a huge terrace, stunning views, parking, and a kitchen.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place I’ve been to. Nice view from the balcony though. Oh and the lights don’t work, the A/C is stuck on 24, and the doors don’t lock. Don’t get ripped off….

I made a reservation in October for December 29. The confirmation email, approx. two pages long, only mentioned at the very bottom that checkin closes at 6pm. Unacceptable. That should be upfront in LARGE PRINT. ********** finds it acceptable. I will no longer do business with them.

If there were more maintenance and renovations, it would be an excellent place. It's a shame about the neglect. Still, for a few days, it's a good place at a good price.

Terrible
Arrival at 5:00 p.m., no reservation accepted.
An hour and a half later, the manager had us prepare a room in a hurry.
Rental beyond dilapidated, wall lamps and fixtures torn off.
Electrical problems, using the hot water shower meant a disconnected electrical outlet.
All the remote control batteries were dead.
Access ramp and exterior light fixtures broken or torn off (no safety).
No exterior maintenance, hotel abandoned.
Important: Rental not possible for people with reduced mobility or the elderly, too steep a slope to access the rooms.
Note: The manager did his best to accommodate us.
