Location: 12 km from airport Samui, in the Eastern part of the island, Chaweng on a hill, 4 km from Lamai beach.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
The hotel has 55 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 2 km from the hotel (2 coastline). Bus to the beach runs 9 times a day (for a fee).

The view is there strong side. It’s really beautiful.
Although.
As it’s on cliff you should know that logistics from hotel is not for walking.
We got a room 4 floors down from entrance and breakfast was one floor up from the entrance. So, you can imagine that we’ve done some sports during our stay as there’s no lift..
Breakfast is pretty weak as for this level hotel and it was cold until we made a notice about it.
We booked room for 4 people but were getting 2 clean towels until personally asked cleaning lady to leave more.
Receptionist said that children doesn’t count or smth like that :))
The pool is really nicely done, the view is amazing, but it’s dirty. I mean the walls are really dirty.
All in all. It could be really something special, but it needs good manager and a hand.
Issues we experienced:
- poisonous giant Vietnamese centipede crawled out of our sink
- sand on the floor when we checked in
- cockroach in bathroom (after they gave us a new room)
- air conditioner not working (even after they “fixed it” twice)
- dirty bathroom (even after they promised us a deep clean on the room)
- dirty curtains & surfaces (don’t think they ever launder the curtains & when I wiped the nightstand the tissue was grey from all the dirt.)
Not a single solution or compensation was offered from the hotel. We had to ask for the room change after the centipede & my boyfriend had to ask if they can compensate us in some way. Only after that did they finally agree to free massages at the resort, which we can get for 400 Baht outside of the resort…
The manager is in Bangkok (not on site) so managing issues is near impossible. The front desk staff ladies are nice & try to help, but are helpless - the only answer you get is “okay I’ll ask the manager” followed by “sorry, manager said no”. Assistant manager on site is not friendly and also does not seem to care at all.
We tried to find a different place to stay after the centipede but everything was booked up. The only thing that earned the star was the view - but it’s honestly not worth it. Book somewhere else and just take a grab to come see the view.
The water provided in the rooms tastes funny, could not drink it. That's the only negative I got, rest it's amazing.
