This is our second time to Samui and we loved every second of it. Excellent hotel. We stayed in the building near the sea. The gym was decent, and the breakfasts were good – both kids and adults found plenty to eat. The rooms were cozy and clean. The grounds aren't huge but lovely, and there's a shopping mall within walking distance.

Great hotel with stunning views and great rooms. Gym is not great, very small, but the pool and beachfront are lovely. A little less prime of a location.

The hotel looks quite new or maintained. The room are OK. Only thing is the aircone is horrible. I switched 4 times to annother temperature (25 degrees) , but öfter a while is was falling bakc to 20 degrees. So I woke up and was completely freezing and got a cough and cold.

The location is superb. The hotel is new and modern. The only thing to be aware of is that it's divided into two buildings. The second building is located across the street, and its views are vastly different and less desirable ☹️. Make sure to book the suites with a pool view, as the other building is, to put it mildly, quite disappointing! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The trip went really well, I was only a bit disappointed by the room size and the breakfast discrimination. The rooms were just bigger than the bed, after having put a baby cot then then the room had almost no space to even open a second luggage, also there were no disposable toiletries which is generally a given. It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. A nice hotel in a central location. Close to a mall, shops and several attractions. We spent there two nights, one in a regular room and one in a better room. I must say that the upgrade was not that noticeable, and we didn’t fell the difference in the rooms. The pool is pretty small and can get crowded, but beach is super close which is amazing.

Rooms were very clean, with fresh towels and beach towels provided daily. The staff was friendly, and the resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of plants, which I really enjoyed. Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! Resort is amazing. Villa is clean and the staffs does an excellent service throughout your stay. Restaurants and breakfast buffet could be better though. 

The waves were too strong to go swimming during my visit. The breakfast was good, but the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. Replenishing drinking water and room cleaning were very prompt.

We stayed 14 nights here and absolutely loved the hotel and its location. Every single staff member is amazing and full of smiles, no matter what was needed. Fantastic resort in a great location. My wife and I booked The Weekender and was very thrilled with our stay. The hotel is really nice and the service is great. The staff was really thoughtful and available. We had a problem with electricity in the room, after reporting it to the reception a technician was at the room in the time it took me to get back to the room. The villa pool is great. This hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. I have to say, the rooms were actually better in person than in the hotel's promotional photos, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍🏼 The breakfast was good too, mostly à la carte, but the real highlight was the incredible view, which truly impressed me ✌️.

The view was absolutely stunning! We stayed in ocean view pool villa #28, and the mini-bar was generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We ate all three meals at the hotel, and the prices were reasonable, plus the restaurant had a beautiful view. In the afternoon, there was also free afternoon tea by the public pool.

We had the pleasure of staying in the two-bedroom apartments at Samui Green twice. The friendly staff made our check-in process a breeze, and the spacious and easily accessible rooms made us feel right at home. It was truly a home away from home for us on both occasions!

There are not a lot of access points to the beach as far as we could see, but this hotel is close to one, which is awesome. The room was clean, the bedding and beds are comfortable and clean. My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. All the staff are really friendly and the breakfast is fantastic – you can even order off-menu items. The only minor drawback is that they don't automatically provide toothbrushes.

I think it's great value for money, and the room was very clean and dry! The breakfast was also good; this was the cheapest place on our trip but just as nice! Highly recommend. They offer free yoga classes in the morning. The beach is a bit rocky, making it difficult to swim. I recommend the dinner restaurant, the view is absolutely stunning!

We booked the All Inclusive package at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa through Trip.com, but unfortunately the experience did not match what “all inclusive” usually means. A bit old-fashioned decoration hotel (for my room type) and the gym is rather small. But the big plus points for this hotel are their staff and service, soooo nice and impressive. Warm welcome and felt like the staff were really happy to greet and serve us during the stay. Breakfast is really yummy too.
