Honestly, everything was perfect, and most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butler, Tak, was also incredibly thoughtful. Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! Good hotel to relax and get some quiet time. I’d recommend for a trip where you are looking to spend a lot of relaxing time at the resort to get your money’s worth!

Resort is amazing. Villa is clean and the staffs does an excellent service throughout your stay. Restaurants and breakfast buffet could be better though. 

The waves were too strong to go swimming during my visit. The breakfast was good, but the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. Replenishing drinking water and room cleaning were very prompt.

The investors clearly had a keen eye for this prime beachfront location, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. It's right next to the Renaissance, so I couldn't help but compare. The hotel is great, with an excellent location. There are also beach performances in the evenings. The service is good, and it's very close to the night market. It does stay lively and a bit noisy until after midnight, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. I have to say, the rooms were actually better in person than in the hotel's promotional photos, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍🏼 The breakfast was good too, mostly à la carte, but the real highlight was the incredible view, which truly impressed me ✌️.

The view was absolutely stunning! We stayed in ocean view pool villa #28, and the mini-bar was generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We ate all three meals at the hotel, and the prices were reasonable, plus the restaurant had a beautiful view. In the afternoon, there was also free afternoon tea by the public pool.

My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch.
