An absolute gem of a resort, staffed by a wonderful family dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable and calm. With an on-site, beach side restaurant and bar that serves amazing dishes (local and world), all home cooked to perfection, this is the perfect place to relax and rest up. They offer laundry services and room cleaning, as well as both short and long term stays, while the location is the perfect for grabbing a short taxi ride to either Haad Rin or Ban Tai. With a private beach that's clean and beautiful for sunset watches and short strolls in the surf, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a calm place away from the high energy locations elsewhere on the island, to rest and recharge before heading back out.

Room resold, no refund issued
The hotel resold my room but refused to refund my payment. This means they were paid twice for the same room. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend this hotel.

Door stays permanently ajar which hinders security and comfort with air conditioning. There is a kitchenette but no room for seating or a table so I hope you enjoy eating on the bed. I was expecting some level of tranquility with a seaview room, but it was extremely loud and with lack of adequate sealing- it sounds as if the vehicles are pulling up next to you. At least there is a private bathroom, although the shower head was very old and worn to the point that it didnt function properly. I felt very deceived in photos and with the wording on the advertisement. Considering the price-point, I’m very disappointed.

Great location, especially some of the higher rooms where you get a view of the beach.
The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs.
Rooms were great with a mini kitchen if we needed and hot water (if we needed too).
Away from the madness of Haad Rin so can’t hear club music, but depending on where your room is, you may hear some noise from the road.
Would definitely stay here again!

Paweena is a great host, loved the stay. The morning view from the upper room is amazing, the sunset is beautiful.
Some reviews said there’s no privacy, but the window glass has a privacy film so no one can really see inside. The room also was clean and had all the kitchen utensils needed for preparing meals for two.

Nice bungalow near the beach. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to Haad Rin (ful moon perty), but the road is uphill and difficult. Take a tuk-tuk, 100 baht per person.
The air conditioner didn't work. On the same day they called a repairman and fixed it. Our bungalow did not have a refrigerator. When we asked to put our food in the refrigerator at the reception, we were refused.

Not very comfortable room or balcony

The room was filthy. No room service for the 3 days we was there. The bathroom door had holes in it and was bodged job with filler. The air con made us so poorly. The shower was terrible no power to it. Behind the bed was all full of cobwebs and was black. Room had lizards and loads of mosquitos in there. Bed wasn’t changed once. And the price we paid £60 a night x 3. Wouldn’t recommend staying here

Not really a resort, just some bungalows. Located close to nothing, you absolutely need a motorbike here, and of course the roads on this island are extremely steep and can be very slippery. There are almost no amenities in this area. They have a restaurant on site but it's not very good. I made the mistake of booking two weeks and they would not budge on the "no refunds" policy when I asked to shorten my stay to one week, with plenty of time to rebook the room. Also they nickel and dime you for things like the electricity. I would not recommend staying here, nor do I recommend Koh Phangan, which has nothing going for it except the full moon party madness. I wound up eating the loss to go back to Koh Samui after just a few days.
