Hotel of economy class, located in one of the most picturesque parts of Lamai beach. Very popular among Russian tourists. Well-kept green territory, cozy rooms and convenient location allow us to recommend it for a relaxing family holiday, including children.

Renovated: 2008

Location: 20 km from airport, 8 km from the coast of Chaweng, in the Eastern part of Koh Samui, in the Central part of Lamai beach, on the beach.

Consists of one-storey and three-storey buildings and bungalows located around the swimming pool and garden. Decorated in traditional Thai style.

Only 74 rooms.

Beach: private on-site public sandy beach in 30 m from the hotel (1 coastline), the first coastal line. Umbrellas, deck chairs.

Good hotel, amazing location. But breakfast was all the same all days. Should be more options.
The room inside is also very old, needs renovation.

This was my first time on Koh Samui, and my first stay at this hotel was from December 25th-31st, 2025. The view was magnificent, there was a pool, and massages on site were incredibly affordable. The sea was clean, the staff were superb, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. I returned here from January 4th-6th, 2026, and was even more impressed, having experienced other areas and hotels in just a few days before deciding to come back. This time, I had a room with two balconies and sun loungers, and a bathroom with a sea view – simply stunning. A major plus for this side of the beach is that the sun rises directly opposite the hotel, so nothing obstructs it all day long. Nearby, there are food markets with inexpensive and delicious food, as well as a Russian restaurant and an exchange office that accepts Russian cards.

The view is beautiful and the location is good, but the staff service is poor. The ground floor of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The actual room is completely different from the picture. The hotel must have been built more than 10 years ago. Everything in the room looks outdated. The furniture looks very old. The light bulbs are also old-fashioned. They haven't renovated it at all.
***The room price and the room received are not worth it.

The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.

If I could give a zero I would. My wife and I were supposed to stay here august 19th to the 21st. We are traveling from Canada and the air canada strike affected our flight to koh samui. We had to change our flights which already cost us much more for the trip. We contacted the property to inform them that we would be arriving later than expected, and wanted to change the days, while at the same time adding three extra days to our stay. They said to contact agoda about it, which I did. Agoda informed us that the hotel had denied our amendment to our stay, while the hotel initially said agoda was bad for rebooting. It was the hotel that denied it. I tried to contact the hotel through what's app numerous times. You can see when they read your messages... the left me on read. And did not answer my phone call. So they have kept the money from our 3 day stay. Worst customer service ever. Do not ever stay here

Do not recommend the place, dust is everywhere , as well as bugs on the floor, the place needs some renovation, but location is perfect

The rooms they provided were not the ones we booked. Instead of mountain vie we received a room with no vie at all, dark and awful. For changing, they asked for a double price per night as additional charge. The reception was not helpful to solve our situation. Behind the bedside table we found mouse droppings. We could hear them at night under our bed. We do absolutely not recommend that place for more than just one night. We are happy to move to another place now.

Need some renewing in some places but still very good hotel.
