The service, environment, and management were all excellent. The only minor issue was that breakfast wasn't quite to my taste, but everything else was perfect. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit, highly recommended! The hotel also has its own private beach.

The sand on the beach right outside is a bit coarse, so it's not super soft, but the water is perfectly clear. The restaurant food was decent, and since it was off-season, there weren't many people. You can walk a long way along the beach, which was nice.

Smooth check in. Room was spacious with a king size bed & a big sofa & a big table. Bathroom was big too…! It was VERY clean. Staff was friendly. HUGE plus point - It’s a stone’s throw away from the BEST beach in Samui…! Clean beach with clear waters & if ur lucky like me, you’ll be swimming with fishes as well 🤗

We are a family with a 24 year-old daughter in a separate room had the most amazing time very clean. The pictures didn’t really do it justice as even better than we ever imagined and the staff are really friendly. Food is great too  highly recommended

I really liked the hotel. It's clean, the room smelled pleasant, and there was no dampness or mold. It had air conditioning and a fan. The beach is just steps away. There are sun loungers under the tree canopy, providing excellent shade. The staff is very friendly and truly cares about their guests. We stayed in a room near the pool.

Very comfortable villas, clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Large windows, lots of light, there is a nice veranda for sitting, spacious. The first line has its own beach. There are cafes and restaurants, shops, a lively street nearby - all the action is nearby.

We stayed at Samui Seabreeze for 5 nights and loved it! It is a family-run business - the owners are so welcoming and helpful, they gave us advice on day trips to save money and organised a moped for us! The hotel’s restaurant on the beach is great for breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable!

The place is nice, so is the pool, and located close to the crystal bay. The people working there are amazing. Rooms are a bit run down, our sheets had some holes and ink stains. The bed is very hard. Overall, a place you can stay at fine, we paid it a bit expensive for what they offered.

It was only a one-night stay, but I highly recommend waking up early and taking in the sunrise on a beach walk. Everything else you need is within a stone's throw there in Lamai.

I was upgraded to a bungalow closer to the beach which was nice. I would rate this property as 3-star. The air-con didn't seem to be capable of getting cooler than 23 degrees and you can't have the curtains open as people walking past can see right in. Also, not sure about the rest of Koh Samui but the fact you can't flush ANY toilet paper but have to deposit it the adjacent open bin meant I was happy...

Found this little gem for short stay at the end of lamai beach spacious rooms tucked away in garden setting located on a beautiful swimming beach. Resort has free use if paddleboards kayaks and snorkelling equipment restaurant on the beach. It right near grandfather grandmother rock. Great place owner and staff very friendly and helpful.

PERFECT! Localized 200m from beach which you can reach by walk throught another resort in 5 minutes. Our apartman was clean and without any problems. Excellent hotel. Very good location in a non-busy part of Lamai. Beach 5 minutes. Restaurants 2 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes. Club life of the beach - 15 minutes. Very pleasant hosts. Cleaning every day. The villa is very comfortable and large. I highly recommend to visit if you do not need nightlife, but you just want to relax with comfort.

Excellent location that is less than 10minute walk to the beach. We booked the double room and left it a bit late so the accommodation in Samui was expensive but this was on the cheaper end so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. It totally exceeded my expectations. It has a porch and swimming pool and is lovely and quiet but still in the town. The most important thing for me was it was clean.

Really great guesthouse, during June no too much customer so it was really quiet, pool was clean and warm, actually it get clean everyday same for the garden which is really nice. Best Place in Lamai for Long Stay

Mrs Bobby (the owner) was present and around the hotel everyday, very kind and helpful. You can see the beach from your patio and they keep the place tidy at all times. Very local family feel and the staff were always full of smiles. So few places like this in today's world. Absolutely a great place to sit, work enjoy the quiet. Will definitely stay again. The location is in the alley next to the big C supermarket. Someone will come to open the door as soon as you call. The service is quite thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room is clean and spacious, with air conditioning and hot water. There is a night market next to it, where you can eat seafood. The supermarket is very convenient for dining.

Wow a perfect resort for relaxing and quietness. We had a lovely garden bugalow which was perfect 🤩. All staff friendly and cheerful. Bed very comfy slept well. Balcony area was a good size. super host, great location and amazing beach.. always my first choice for Koh Samui

The beach right at the hotel is the best in koh samui! The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch etc. are so fair. Secret tip: have a massage at their hotel it’s beautiful!

Fantastic, with the most beautiful beach in Samui. We took a bungalow, which is the closest to the beach, the superior rooms are further away. They are clean, spacious rooms with a porch. Fantastic garden and pool, but the best thing is the beach, it is truly wonderful. The hotel is close to areas with bars and shops, but to have more variety it is better to rent a motorbike to go to the Lamai area...
