The hotel is in an amazing location just walk across the road to the beach and restaurants. The grounds are nice and pool area is great. We got two rooms and although very dated they were neat tidy, aircon worked, comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues enjoyed the stay and would recommend on location alone!

Great experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value overall.

What we received wasn't what was in the photo. The room was very dark. The windows were tinted. It hadn't been renovated in a long time.

Great clean bungalows, right on a beautiful the beach with a great sunrise view. Set behind the walking street of lamai but not noisy. Loads of choices of bar, restaurants, smoking shop, shopping & everything else.

I thought it was great. The location was right on the beach. ( i chose that option ) So I could hear the sound of the waves throughout the day and night. I just wish the restaurant and reception were open till a little later than they do. They close too early.

One of the best locations at Lamai. It's on the beach with the shopping/market area a short walk away. Yet it's quiet and peaceful.

The rooms are a bit old but clean and simple. These are majority bunglows. Good balcony to just sit and relax. We could hear the waves crash, which was quite calming.

There are good food options on the beach, 5 min walking radius.

The location of the hotel is so cool that the administration doesn't have to worry about the rest, there will be clients. The deluxe room has its own terrace, next to it is a private area with sun loungers. When you wake up, you see and hear the sea. What I would like to improve: for such a price of a room, it is indecent to save on toiletries), there is no overhead light, only table lamps, a sconce by the mirror. The toilet in the bathroom is broken, the water in the sink does not drain. The toilet was fixed quickly, but the sediment remains...
