Great place - cozy, air-conditioned, with jazz music in the background and artsy reproductions on the walls. Staff is very friendly and professional. We had a few coffees (unfortunately, the beans are Thai style stong ones) and pancakes with chocolate ice cream - the latter is a real chocolate ice cream, plus honey and butter on top. Pancakes are delish, portion size is good for two people. I want to praise the kitchenware as well - beautiful plates, cups, silverware.

Maybe it is better to forget having tasty and properly made “Bali-alike” breakfast here in Karon area: the Club Sandwich was below average, and the scrambled eggs avocado toast tasted like old burnt oil. Hopefully we were just unlucky. Coffee and smoothie were ok though.

Had a wonderful time and will stay here again. The staff is warm and friendly making your stay pleasant and pleasurable. The rooms are spacious with great views. The beach house is right by the beach with lots of shops in route. The owners are Italian, offering delicious Italian cuisine. I truly enjoyed my stay...very quaint and homely. I recommend Enjoys Beach highly.

Nice place if you pay for the more expensive room. The first night we stayed at the most affordable room which is small and especially the airconditioning sucked (hence I gave 4 stars only) the cleaning of that room left to be desired as dust could easily be found above the TV on the cabinet and other places.
Next day we moved to the bigger room for around 150 baht more. We should have stayed there since the beginning. Huge room, better air con, nicer balcony withouth neighbour's and better bathroom also.
The entrance of the place has a small coffee shop with a good price for a latte, etc which is a benefit.

Hello. We thank you very much for the great hospitality, even though the hotel only has 2 stars. We enjoyed our holidays. Her owner is very good. If there is a chance, we will come to stay with you again. It is cheaper than the service we received. Thank you so much

Great little place for breakfast! The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. We also stayed here and the rooms were very comfortable and it’s close to the beach. Overall a great place to stop!

Very Italian! Pizza and tiramisu are very tasty! Friendly stuff. Recommend this place for everybody!

The room/ apartment is really nice on the whole. It is let down by soundproofing, with a busy road next to the apartment, expect a rather noisy sleep with loud motorbike noises.

Customer service was excellent and food was good. Unfortunately I cant say the same about our room. It was really dated, walls/furniture scratched, mirrors had paint. The rain was pouring from the ceiling in the corridor. It was not what we have expected or what is shown in the pictures. Disappointed

Very good position, just a few meters (2 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach in Karon.
Very clean and confortable rooms, full furnished.
The owners are really friendly, smiling and available to help you and give you all the information you need.
The Italian restaurant inside is simply gorgeaus and delicious, you must try it.
This is the best place to stay in Karon!
