Karon Living Room - SHA Plus

Clean large rooms. Good location and great option for price. We were very pleased.

Good location, 15 minutes to the sea. Friendly staff. The clothes dryer was especially nice. The room itself is spacious, clean, has everything you need. I definitely recommend it.

We had a rest in April 2025 for 15 days. The first impression was not pleasing, the room seemed uncomfortable, but we unpacked our things and it became like home. The hotel is small, windows overlook the garden, it was quiet. People in the hotel rested peacefully, all Russians. The room is large, balcony, dryers, towels, washing in abundance, safe in the room, air conditioning. Minus - no kettle, cooler in the hallway, there was not always water, and it broke. We swept the floor ourselves and signed. We bought a broom for 100 baht. We washed the floor with a foot towel. They do not have rags, they give out and lay these towels on the floor. There is a third soft place in the room, like a soft bed. There are many shops and pharmacies nearby. You do not need to bring anything from Russia, everything is there. True, we brought stew, mayonnaise, bichiki and this helped. It turned out to be economical to live. You leave the hotel and turn left along the road, you will get to the roundabout, there is a beach. The bus to Central Phuket passes by our hotel. You can wave your hand, it will stop, and press the button to exit back. The bus is blue, it has Kata, Karon written on it. And you can also take it to Kata. Not far from the hotel there is a temple, there is a market on Tue and Fri. We stocked up on food there for two days. We went to the Festival, also stocked up, took inexpensive sushi. There is no tap with water on the beach to rinse your feet from the sand. Near the hotel there is a tap with water for your feet. Sometimes we ordered food at the hotel. They brought it to the room, it was delicious. Deposit 500 baht, returned upon departure. We liked the hotel, the vacation was calm, budget.

Not the first line, but the location of the hotel is convenient. Regular buses of the island go past the hotel. Nearby are Sevan Ilevan shops and the Lemongrass Haus brand shop with cosmetics for spa salons, where you can buy massage oil, after-sun cream, aroma diffuser made of natural ingredients. In the hotel itself you can eat inexpensively and tasty. On each floor there is a cooler with cold and hot water. On the first floor there is a microwave. From 07:00 to 10:30 free tea with sugar and cookies. The room itself is cozy, the split system works. There is an iron on each floor.

Good hotel for its price! Clean, cozy, has everything you need for living. Quite good breakfasts. It is advisable to book a room facing the garden!

The location of the hotel is suitable for those who want to sleep in silence. You can't hear music from the bars.
It is a 7-minute walk to Karon Beach and a 30-minute walk to Kata Beach.
The furniture in the hotel is new, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the courtyard.
There were no mosquitoes.
The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. There is a lot of space in the room: a huge bed and an extra couch.
The hotel is cleaned cleanly and they bring 2 bottles of 0.5 liters of water every day for free.
They asked for a knife and a fruit plate, and we got it. Thanks a lot to the staff : they are very nice and helpful guys. If we go to Karon, we'll stop again .

I really liked the hotel! It's a pity that we stayed here only 2 days, since the hotel in Surin had already been paid for, we had to leave.
The room is clean, water is brought every day. In the morning until 10 you can drink tea or coffee with cookies downstairs for free! There are umbrellas, there are mats, you can take all this to the beach.
Downstairs at the hotel there is a cafe, the prices are the same as in the whole area, so at first we spent a lot of time to find where to eat and walked around all around, in the end when we had dinner here we discovered that it was very tasty and the portions were good!

Wonderful hotel! The most perfect beds I've had during my travels! Soft mattresses, pillows! It was amazing) We had a garden view and saw beautiful sunsets! The rooms are a bit outdated, but it didn’t bother us! Everything was great! Thank you to the hotel.

I have eaten here on a number of occasions. excellent food, Craig and his staff are always very welcoming. . (Thai and European food available) . Fish n chips on Friday with cod ,haddock ect. Look forward to my next visit.
