Air conditioning is very loud. The first room allocated to me had a faulty hot water service. As such had to endure a cool shower for the first night.
After complaining, was switched to another room.
The 2nd room's shower head was faulty and water drain blocked.
These were eventually fixed.
The hotel is located on a hilltop.
It has excellent views and quiet.
The infinity swimming pool was good and the breakfast was OK.
First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water.
We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. They did not fix it.

The upgraded room was an improvement: it was bigger, cleaner, and had a pleasant smell. Unfortunately, there were still issues that impacted my stay, such as dirty glassware, significant noise from outside guests passing by, and disturbances from the ceiling caused by mice running at night. Additionally, the noise from guests walking in the room above was very disruptive.
While I appreciate the staff’s effort to accommodate me, the overall experience was hindered by these ongoing problems.
These disturbances, especially the mice, severely impacted my ability to rest. When I requested a late check-out at 2 PM to compensate for the sleepless night and the long delay in changing rooms, the guest service agent refused. She told me the issues were “fixed” after the upgrade, which was not true based on my experience. She only granted me a 1 PM check-out, which felt dismissive of the inconvenience I faced.
