What a disappointment! We were looking forward to a great little place for this Phuket vacation and were so bummed we booked this place. This hotel is tired, worn, and has seen better days. The pictures make it look much newer than it actually is. The pool has some missing tiles (scratched up my foot and swimsuit) and there are only 3 lounge chairs to relax around it. The internet is abysmal - the connection is very unreliable and frequently didn’t work at all. The room is just uncomfortable - cheap chairs
and only one small pillow each on a king-size bed. Having a comfortable place to relax and be online is just not an option here. And it’s the little things that make it seem cheap - room towels with another hotel’s name on them, mismatched dishes, a broken lounge chair just cast to the side, not much sound proofing so the loud neighbors kept us awake. Location is ok if you have a motorbike. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff were pleasant and helped us when we needed. But this hotel was definitely not worth it. We’ve stayed in nicer places in Thailand in this same price range. Sorry, can’t recommend.

Yes, there was a delay in responding — because we were dealing with an emergency. That emergency was the exact reason we informed you that we needed to MOVE THE RESERVATION.
We notified you that we could not make our flight and that this situation required a DATE CHANGE, NOT A CANCELLATION. That communication was sent before check-in. The reason for any gap in response afterward was the ongoing emergency — not neglect, not disregard, and certainly not an attempt to abandon the reservation.
To characterize this as a simple “no-show” or lack of response is unfair and misleading. You were made aware of the situation. You knew the reason. You knew we were trying to adjust the booking.
Emergencies are not planned. They are not convenient. And during moments like that, immediate back-and-forth messaging is not always possible. However, the key fact remains: you were informed that we needed to move the date.
Instead of demonstrating understanding or flexibility, the reservation was canceled and fully charged.
Policies are meant to protect businesses from irresponsible no-shows — not to penalize guests who communicate in advance and are facing unexpected emergencies.

Worst hotel on my entire trip!
Booked a bungalow near the pool. Well, I took my scooter to go to the pool. 300m!
Rooms were dirty, sheets had holes.
Shower was dirty too, toilet seat had dirt from the previous customer on it.
Wardrobe was falling apart.
Cats are pooping in the carpark, stinks unbelievable.

Room is decent for the night, we were flying out of thailand after 3 months of traveling around. Clogged bathroom drainage, place is a lil worn out, location is alright and defo need a bike to get around. You gotta pay 1k deposit as soon as you check in but the most disappointing part is they dont ever rent out their motorbikes just for a day. We were only there for one day as we're flying out the next day, i felt the rules they imposed were so stern that no more hospitality left. As a frequent traveller, i dont ever wanna rebook with the level of hospitality they've shown. But thanks 🙏🏽

Firstly if there were 0 stars then I would give this hotel
It's a overpriced hotel with absolutely no service provided and the staff is very arrogant and careless. Quite rare to see in Thailand.
We booked hotel via booking websites based on reviews but there was no Wi-Fi connection at the hotel room when asked the staff, they arrogantly asked to top up your internet or buy a SIM. This is the most lame response.
Also, the AC was not providing proper cooling but was forced to use above 23 deg.
Since we had paid the money for 5 nights upfront, we had to stay at this Hotel and bear this torture.
Only one day room cleaning and water bottles were provided even when makeup the room tag was hanged to the door. Only worst experience in Thailand in my last two trips here to Thailand. Would not recommend this Hotel too anyone.
Also, it's far from City and without bike or carits a nightmare as taxi's are expensive

We stayed here for a few days. They never cleaned the room and didn't give water or clean towels. The wifi doesn't work. When we wanted to check out earlier they didn't want to return the money. There is no gym it's just one barbel and that's it. The sauna is not free. on our last day the cleaner just walks in without warning.

Very nice, small hotel in a quiet alley. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned every day. The reception will help you with everything you need. The owner is also a lovely lady, I had a minor scooter accident and she helped me clean my injuries. Only thing they need to do is change the sign, it still had the old name so it was hard for me to find. I really recommend people to stay here, very close to nice beach (Nai Harn) and some good restaurants
