First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wester for his incredible hospitality and warm welcome. He checked on us regularly and offered great suggestions to help us make the most of our stay. His kind gestures and helpful information made us feel truly cared for.
A big thank you as well to the rest of the staff. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the housekeeping team was outstanding, always friendly and attentive.
We stayed in the Executive Room, which felt absolutely luxurious. The room smelled fresh, was cleaned daily, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival.
The amenities were perfect especially the beautiful pool and well-equipped gym.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If given the chance, I would definitely love to come back. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay! 💙

The hotel is fine, the staff very friendly. The room by the pool was very clean. The internet in that room was poor, and we had to check in again every time. The breakfast was okay, but the ham and sausages were very cheap, and the coffee was terrible. The orange juice wasn't even the right color, and the taste was awful and far too sweet. This is cutting corners in the wrong way. We had to take the car for a decent dinner. The beach is 100 meters away, but you don't want to be near it.

I would be happy to stay here next time. New and clean hotel. Amazing view of the ocean from the window. Excellent and caring service. Strong wifi. No mosquitoes. Stayed here for 4 days. Definitely recommend.

This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. The staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean and lovely sea views from 3rd floor.

Friendly front desk. The location is not great. Close to busy main road and the beach can't be swum in. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. Bring repellent. The shower pipe was broken, and they came to fix it with cable ties.

I'm writing this review with extreme disappointment. My recent experience at your hotel was nothing short of abysmal.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. However, the nightmare began when we tried to check in. We were made to wait for a full hour, only to be told that we couldn't be checked in due to some issues between the hotel and the third - party platform.
During this hour of waiting, the hotel staff showed zero concern for us. After a one - hour taxi ride to reach the hotel, we were left standing at the front desk with no offer of assistance. The staff didn't even help us with our luggage, nor did they offer us a glass of water. All they could do was wait for a call regarding the problem with the third - party, as the staff seemed to be completely helpless.
Eventually, we had to spend more money on another taxi to leave the hotel. This was not only a huge waste of our time but also a significant inconvenience.
I expected much better service from a hotel of your reputation. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will definitely not be recommending your hotel to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service and communication with guests in the future.

Very friendly front desk. The pool access room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The swimming pool and the cleanliness of the room was the highlight. The beach nearby is not suitable for swimming not picture worthy. The meals at the hotel restaurant are good. But the breakfast is rather limited. The sound from the mosque could be bothersome if you sleep lightly. In addition, the wifi is not that great.
