The real standout, though, was the lovely and capable front desk team. These ladies ( Anita, Benz, and Namwhan) at the front desk was so lovely and professional. Honestly, this is one of the best front desk teams I’ve met in a long while. They are highly qualified, super attentive, and have great problem-solving skills. They took such good care of us and always made sure any request or inquiry was handled perfectly (as long as it was reasonable!).
I really admire how hard they work to make the guest experience so lovely. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we actually extended our stay for another 3 days. We absolutely loved it here and highly recommend it!
The pool was very big and pleasant to use, they had a lot of sunbeds available - they were also offering multiple free transfers to 2 different beaches and a view point.
The gym was a tiny bit small and there was a lack of space to organize our clothes but everything else was perfect.
Excellent staff that is always smiling and there to help you with any requests.
The furniture is quite old, but everything works and it didn't bother us.
Breakfast was great with menu of items that are prepared for you as well as a buffet with some ready dishes.
Pool is working 24/7 which is quite rare in hotels.
Overall very good value for money.
I stayed here with my family for 10 days, and I’m definitely coming back again for sure! Our room was cleaned daily, and the food was absolutely delicious—honestly, even better than some expensive restaurants nearby. The pool was great as well. If you’re considering staying in the Rawai area and prefer a quieter place for families or kids, this hotel is an absolute gem. It’s not overpriced, yet it’s by far the cleanest and most welcoming hotel I’ve ever been to.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but I couldn’t go without giving this place the best rating. I truly appreciated my stay here. Thank you so much for everything, Navatara!
