I loved this hotel and thier staff. Service was amazing. I recommend this hotel to all and I will be back as well.

The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, so we could fully enjoy the resort atmosphere throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made us feel comfortable at all times. The amenities were also excellent, especially the pool and common areas where we found ourselves spending a lot of time. It’s a perfect hotel for couples, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.

During my stay, I extended and changed rooms, and they overcharged me. Because I discussed directly changing rooms with the front desk staff, as I didn't want to bring my luggage to the front desk and then check in again, it caused us to delay taking our luggage to the front desk. They charged us a late check-out fee and did not refund my 1000 Thai Baht deposit.

The location isn't great, it's quite out of the way. Breakfast was alright, and the surrounding area is convenient. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel has a beach front, but the beach is not suitable for swimming. The location feels a bit isolated and far from shops and restaurants. The room could have been cleaner, as there was hair on the floor.

Pretty good, excellent value for money. The price is relatively cheap, but the location is a bit out of the way and the room is a little small. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The location is great, close to Rawai Beach, which was perfect for our island hopping trip. The family room was huge, and we even had a view of the sea and the sunrise, which was absolutely amazing! My only minor complaint is that the check-out time was a bit early.

This place is truly awful. They don't provide towels or toothbrushes unless you specifically ask for them. After cleaning, they took the small bin, but didn't replace the toilet paper (the cleaning staff are like robots). The showerhead was broken, and the worst part is that the signal is terrible; even the hotel's Wi-Fi is super slow, it's just speechless 🤦♂️. There are no good food options nearby, everything is far away, so if convenience is important to you, don't book this place. The front desk service was okay though.

The hotel's ambiance is great, really fantastic, but the surroundings are a bit out of the way. It would be perfect if the price were a little lower.
