As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked

Upgraded to an ocean view pool room was a complete surprise; a quick check revealed it cost 35,000 RMB, which made me quite nervous

The meals we had at the hotel were also some of the best we've had ever - special shoutout to Chef Ploy and team for making the best focaccia bread, pita bread and chocolate cake we've ever had anywhere in the world- we loved the focaccia bread at dinner on our second night so much that they served it to us for breakfast for the rest of our stay, and even printed its recipe for us! Afternoon tea snacks...

Although we only booked a room for one night, the hotel staff extended our check-out to 9pm for our sea tour the next day. It was really warm and considerate. The hotel's hardware, software and services are all top-notch

The hotel accommodated me when i needed an earlier breakfast as well. The room has a refrigerator, beach towels and a very convenient beach bag. The only thing i wished for the room is the night lamp

You need a room key to keep AC working. The breakfast is really nice and tasty. Cofee tea juice eggs and sausage sandwich or waffles for choice, fruits and pastry will be served to you one serving per person

Room is clean and tidy , hot water, mini fridge. Wifi is good You can hear neighbors a little at night but it's ok. Location 3 minutes walk from the beach really nice location restaurants and 7/11 is nearby

Just a walks away from Bangtao Muay Thai and many restaurants, a 7/11 and the beach! The staff are super friendly and attentive - they were amazing with me and made sure my stay was super comfortable

There are many nice restaurants nearby, def can recommend the nearest Indian place. 7-11 was just 5 min walk from the room. I’ve enjoyed the hammock chair by the room Hope to be back here soon!

Breakfasts are delicious, prepared specifically for each guest from the menu. A large fruit platter is included. The bedroom is separate, and the living room has a large sofa and a kitchen

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast (great omelets). Walking distance to Surin beach (10-12 min), with a 7-11 and or Tops along the way

The room is small but comfy. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool. Drinks and food are good and affordable.

Nice hotel with friendly service. The pool was quite large with great views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches! The bar by the pool was closed in the evening, which was a shame, but it was off season

Couple different restaurants close by, or you can eat upstairs in their restaurant. We also used Grab and ordered food In a few times. Each room has its own secure wifi, rather than open wifi for the whole building

Their kindness, sense of service and overall attitude towards the customers is second to none! The food was also great, both breakfast and a la carte menu for lunch / dinner were delicious

I really enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger in Surin beach. The hotel is ideally situated in front of the beach and from a walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars

The staff were friendly and our requests were always accommodated. There was a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and the beach was a 15-minute walk away. Only the mattress was a bit hard.

They have the option to hire a bike which is necessary because is a bit far from everything… the staff Ami’s very friendly! And they have a big and equipped kitchen to use!

I felt very good. And best of all, they speak German. Very nice and helpful. You can rent a moped right there.

Great room, nice accomodation and very close to Boat Avenue with all restaurants, bars etc. However, as almost everywhere in this region, you need a scooter (2min), by foot it would be slightly too far

The rooftop pool has breathtaking views and in additions to this they have 2 additional pools that are always spotless and maintained on a daily basis. Thank you for the excellent service Aristo 1

We spent here vacation on Jan 2024. The condo is good, the room was super we used a pool on second floor (where we lived) - up to the roof floor pool we got to the ebd of vacation

My week stay at Aristo 1 was amazing. Stephen and his team welcomed us so warmly and our rooms were ready upon arrival. The accommodation was very pleasant and immaculate

It has all the amenities one could possibly ask for and more. I would highly recommend Aristo Beach Resort to any traveller

The only disadvantage is that youbhave to pay for cleaning services and for bed plates change from your pocket

Minus - there is a kitchen, dishes, you can cook your own breakfast, for example, but there is nothing to wash the dishes with: no detergent, no sponge (we also urgently ran to the store to buy; a sponge costs only 5 baht, I think - can the owner afford such expenses for each check-in?)

I contacted the reception about this, they said that they can't do anything, that's life. I started writing letters to the mail every day - for several days a repairman came, repaired something, changed the router, etc

Cleaning and change of towels - every day! Plus they give beach towels. They also give a bottle of water for each guest every day

In general, I liked everything. But there are some points: it's still a bit far from the beach (20 minutes walk back to the hotel in the heat, and you can't sit on the beach, because there is no shade at that time)

, as a result - the internet appeared periodically and disappeared again, at least like that. But it's better to write about it on the hotel page, so that there is no "surprise" later

It is beautiful, and framed by Bangtao beach -- one of the best in Phuket I have stayed a few times there. The condo is very well kept and quiet. It has a little gym, and two pools

You might find a strong smell of cigarettes impregnating the sofa. Although the flat is cleaned weekly, a deep steam-clean of the sofas would be welcomed. Aside from that, the place is perfect to explore Bangtao

The second bedroom is a single, so it is really only appropriate for a couple and a child (max). The only thing that needs improvement is the furniture: it is the same in all flats, and they are getting old

This is a very nice condominium/hotel in Laguna, Phuket. Laguna is a special enclave in Phuket, and it is a place for you if you enjoy real sidewalks, and manicured gardens

No more than 1km to the beach, or the many options of Boat Avenue, and the Porto de Phuket shopping mall

Poor wifi and the staff tried hardly to find any small things in the room to charge for additional cleaning fee. Very unfair and not service oriented. Wouldn’t come back. There are many other options around

When difficulties arose, the office always helped me directly and looked for solutions. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the beds are comfortable for sleeping and there is also a pool

Been sticking to 2 and 3 star hotels around Thailand in general. Bangtao varee was the best one of them all. Little outdoor area with a drying rack. A kitchenette with coffee and plates bowls and cutlery

A microwave also! The owner is the nicest and most helpful guy as well. We didn’t have two pin adapters and also managed to soak our phone chargers in the ocean and he lent us some until checkout

I don't understand the glowing reviews I read before arriving at this hotel. Here are the downsides I want to highlight: 1. The towels seemed either unwashed or overused, and certainly didn't smell clean

Considering point 1 (the seemingly unwashed towels in the room), this was very frustrating. I wasn't keen on the location; it was far from everything. However, this wasn't a major issue since we always had a scooter

Therefore, there are cat poop on the stairs, there is no water in the shower, the pool is slightly blooming, the restaurant has not been open for a long time, the simulators were also removed and this building was closed altogether during the quarantine

The owner of one of the rooms said that everything worked and was cool before. Nearby is a large Tesco and a gallery of various bells and whistles. It is about the same to Bang Tao and Surin, Bang Tao is a little closer

A peaceful, quiet hotel located in a beautiful, clean, and green neighborhood. The grounds are very well-maintained, there's a large swimming pool, and it never feels crowded with tourists

I stayed at this condo for a couple of nights on my business trip. The condo is located in the center of Laguna Phuket so everything which Bang Tao might offer is pretty close. The room was clean and well designed

The apartments have everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Since this is a resort area, it's a bit challenging to travel outside of it without your own transportation

There was a portrait of a lady with a cigarette over the toilet - I felt that she wanted to burn my penis, which was disconcerting - but apart from that all brilliant

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included

The only things that didn't meet expectations were the suite's 'tropical view,' which actually looked out onto an unkempt patch of land, and the limited shuttle service, with only two runs per day

We could tell that the villa was not cleaned properly as waste in the same area stays in the same place for the 3 nights we were there

The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable

Villa Baan Phu Prana is simply the best place I have ever stayed. I booked the place for me and 11 friends for my 50th birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint
