Kanya Cozy Bungalows Kata Beach in Kata

This is the best place!
I saw some strange reviews and almost canceled my booking—thank goodness I didn’t! I think those negative reviews were written by people who don’t want others to know about this gem.

This is a wonderful bungalow, and I say that keeping in mind it’s a 3-star, budget-friendly option. It’s very cozy, with beautiful green views from the windows. The bed is clean and fresh, and cleaning is done every two days. It has everything you need.

The only downside is there are ants—just be prepared for that. During my entire stay, the only other creatures I saw were a couple of lizards. The electricity also goes out sometimes, but the staff reacts quickly and helps resolve the issue.

Wonderful, quiet, polite daily maid service. Business on street does recycling, and that is a good thing. Great way to immerse yourself in Thai culture.

Quiet place near to 7Eleven shop. Bungalows are basic but it's really ok as a place to spend a time with friends.

Great Value for money. Spacious bathroom with two separate showers (one warm one cold water). Nice view from balcony however not easy to find as there is no sign on the street. Google maps location is however accurate, it’s in the street just behind an American diner then keep left and go up the hill for about 100 meters. Motorbike rental available for 250 THB per day. 7 Eleven within 200 meters. Very friendly staff and nice view of the big Buddha statue.
