Fine Times Resort in Chang Island

Worst place I ever been in Ko Chang, dirty place, expensive, they dont provide cleaning, the owner (a small bald guy) is very not friendly and no one is ever at the lobby but if you look around you will find him drinking with his friends. Very dont worth the price.

This is the worst place! It’s very dirty, the houses are damp and dark, the smell of something is unclear, words can’t describe it. The bedding is probably never washed, it feels like 1000 dirty laborers slept on it! The place itself is also not very cozy, the surroundings are unkempt, and the accommodation is certainly not worth the money.

We are now at this Fine Time Resort hotel. The room smells like a mixture of urine, feces and mold. We are with children and it is unrealistic to endure this for a month. The manager Pavel explained to us that we are on a humid tropical island and the terrible stench in the room is normal)) Indeed, having arrived in Thailand not for the first time, we now, from the words of the hoteliers, must assume that the smell of mold, septic tank in the room is the norm)) Terribly dirty towels, dirty pillows , worn-out bed linen - they refused to fix all this for us. They refused to return our money and change our room, too, since there were no rooms available. There is also a problem with safety, we saw a scorpion on the territory and with mosquitoes. We booked at a price of 15,000 baht per month, upon check-in they demanded 18,500 from us, that is, more than when booking. The price is 18,500 without cleaning (you pay separately 700 baht) and without water and electricity. Overall we are disappointed. We lost a lot of money because we had to book a new hotel.
