The C Samet Beach Resort in Samet Island

Fantastic location. Best location we saw after visiting at least 6 beaches. Has its own quiet stretch. Hotel is not operating at capacity so it’s very quiet. Food was very good. I wish the beach bar was open but there are plenty just steps down the beach. You can also walk through little paths to many other beaches. The staff really made the trip for us. So kind and friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Chris, Adam, Nang, Bum, Juliet and everyone else - thank you for a very memorable 10 days.

Lovely quiet spot at the end of the beach, staff were helpful and friendly, the cottages were large, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, not masses of choice but enough.

This is the hotel to pick for experiencing relaxation at Koh Samet. We initially wanted to stay one night, but ended up staying three at The C Samet. Chris was a very attentive host.

The hotel left me with mixed feelings. It's in a beautiful and picturesque location, but the villas leave a lot to be desired.

Another fantastic stay at c samet. We love the hotel position with beautiful view from the room and beaxh that is most quiet.

The staff are superb as is the location. The renovation of the swimming pool is a welcome lift to the resort. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and can’t wait to go back

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. Choosing a seaside room on Trip was not clear, we ended up with a room further off the beach than I prefer. Staff moved us to a preferred room, without hassle. The breakfast is suitable for farang if you cannot do spicy. The beach is very clean, as is the water and with a morning tide you can see fish and crabs moving about. The resort is next to a roped off swim area shared by several hotels. A close-by dock serves those who want go on a snorkle trip but I dont know where to sign up for this. You will need a taxi or rent motorcy to get to town but there are two small stores about 5 minute walk if you need snacks, water, etc. There is no ATM nearby and only one on the whole island so have plenty of baht since many places on the island do not accept credit card.

Our only issue was that the pool's PH level was way off and caused a bit of irritation for the boys and I could not, at all, open my eyes underwater. Hopefully this is a one-off event. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional, helped us rent 2 motorcy and had them delivered. The room was cleaned each day, bed was not too hard, and AC worked great. You get a fridge, water, and coffee in room.
