My friend likes staying at this new concept resort hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. With a buggy ride to our room or to the lobby area.

The cleanliness was so-so, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but the service was really warm and welcoming. It's more of a guesthouse or B&B type of place, located right by the river. Aside from the noise and average cleanliness, everything else was pretty good.

room is long separate the sofa area and the bedroom.

There are holes in the bathroom ceiling. Who using pieces of sticker on the holes?

There were also some dirty, used tissues on the bedside.
It's disappointing for the price considering the quality.

The hotel itself is pretty good, you can tell they've invested in the public areas. The rooms, however, are quite average, nothing special. It's a good choice if you plan on spending most of your time at the hotel, as it's a bit far from the main attractions, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel is near the Chao Phraya river and new and modern style. They had very good service for a cart to take us to and from our rooms when we needed. They have different times through the day for free shuttle van service to take us to Asiatique and Iconsiam which was also very nice. Our driver Sam is very good at communicating with us in English - he also waited for us when we were running abit late on the free shuttle van service which was nice. The swimming pool has good ambience and height of the pool is safe for kids to play in. Overall a good experience and would visit again !!

This is a great resort, especially the staff who were very enthusiastic. There was one person who drove the golf cart to deliver our luggage, which was excellent.

The place is beautiful but it needs to be properly cleaned out. There’s some problem with the toilet. Breakfasts were good enough. Location is perfect.

The hotel was great, and the service was excellent. It was also very clean. The only downside is that it's a bit far out, but the area around it is very quiet. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and another shop about 200 meters away. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a pretty good stay.

Amazing hotel with great staff and in a great area too. Customer service from staff was great. The pool and restaurant area are lovely. Rooms very spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend and we will stay again here when we are back in Bangkok. There is a small coffee vendor just outside the entrance too and the coffee is amazing. Definitely give them a try when staying.
