Cherry and Toie were great and very helpful when they checked us in. The location is great and all staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and towels are also great. The only on thing I did not like was there was mold stain in the corners in the washroom.

Good location. Very near Ratchathewi BTS. Big sized room. Kinda old hotel I guess, can definitely see the wear and tear of the fixtures in the room. Bed, pillow and towels quality are not 4 star hotel quality. Would not consider this a 4 star hotel, more like 3 star.

Pleasant stay. It is located near to BTS station, just 5 min walk, nearby there’s 7 eleven and some local restaurants. 1 station to Siam. Main road is having some construction, however it does not affect the stay, just that heavy traffic. Breakfast choices are good.

Overall, it was pretty good. The room decor was nice, and the service was okay, just a bit slow. The hygiene definitely needs improvement. The first set of bedsheets in the room wasn't clean. I called someone to change them, and they replaced everything on the bed, which was good. However, the newly replaced duvet cover wasn't clean either.

Breakfast was good and our family enjoyed it. Since there was traffic construction outside the Hotel, it was not handy for elderly guests to walk from the BTS to the Hotel which is quite out of our expectation.
Staff there were cheerful. The visitors might need to pay attention to notice the cleaner to makeup your room. Otherwise, your rubbish would be still stayed in your room and no one clean your room. The staff said this is a new policy to their hotel, I think they’d better notice us when check in even we stayed at the UGH hotel group before.
On first day of stay, we found there was a contact lenses on the mirror in our room 😂 some breadcrumbs on the table too😂 there’s a room for the Hotel’s improvement on the hygiene issue.

Super clean room, very good breakfast with dishes changing everyday. I like the lettuce, very fresh. The fruits are very fresh too.

I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are well maintained in terms of the cleanliness and I appreciate greatly the peaceful environment though I have requested for a room near the lift. I was not once disturbed by any noise outside the room.

Overall the hotel is good for me , location is ok , nearby bts station , 7-11 also nearby !! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful
