Hotel rooms are not clean, and no slippers no soap

I dont know how to review Bangkok Oasis. I liked it, really like the tranquil surroundings - its very pleasant especially when its right in the heart of Bangkok.
Overall the room was average, but I wasnt disappointed. We had a nice stay here - thank you for that.

The experience here aligns perfectly with the price, offering pretty good value for money overall. Since we were out all day anyway and just needed a place to rest at night, it was perfectly sufficient.

Such a nice and wonderful hotel. The location is not in the main road, but it such a hidden gem, very quite, clean, near with phaya Thai bts station, you can easily get the food through the back door. In front of hotel you will find a cafe and bar with beautiful architecture. Overall it's nice staying in this hotel

Hotel is nice and quiet but location is very remote and access to public transport is poor. Staff is unwelcoming and not helpful. For the first time in my life i was charged 400 bahts for 4 hours early checkin. They have this crazy chart of damage charges you have to pay incase you damage or soil anything in the room. We have never seen such unwelcoming hotel.

A decent hotel, good ambiance outside the hotel. However, extremely unhelpful and arrogant staff. Poor room service. I stayed with my friends for a night and had called prior for booking. I informed them that we will be checking in late and were told that we could check out late ( I didn’t ask, they said it themselves) cut to the next day we were being kicked out 2 hours earlier than said check out time and also deducted money from our deposit. Bad hospitality with unfriendly staff.

Poor service from the staff and far from welcoming and friendly. You feel like they’re doing you a favour by staying at the hotel. Hotel has a small garden which is quite nice. The hotel is located around 1.5 km from the nearest bts station. The walls of the hotel are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Nice looking entrance, foyer and 'garden of eden' cafe restaurant. Have stayed previously and no improvement on the faults noted then e.g. two single beds on wheels masquerading as a double, PowerPoints with loose connections, a lack of bedside tables or cabinets. That aside, the shower/ toilet is good, air conditioning strong, WiFi signal safe and steady and the room service OK.
