Very friendly helpfull staff. Clean, easy to reach. Not a 5 star hotel, but quiet and for a very good price. 20 minutes taxi to the center, nearby pier, etc.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Very good location yet away from all the noise. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Plenty of of eateries and convenience stores literally a minute or two away by foot. Overall 7.5/10!

CONS:
Shower water pressure very bad as well as no handwash soap or liquid provided. I don't understand why hotels don't equip their rooms with smart TV's instead of TV that are equal in value but with useless cable channels.

A really nice, beautiful, modern and clean hotel with very kind staff! The Icon Siam mall can easily be reached by foot without crossing the street. There is also a smaller mall very close. The view from the top floors of the hotel is really great!

This facility goes out of its way to be a comforting stay. The room is very clean, toiletries are provided, slippers, and water and complimentary cake snacks. The only areas I felt were lacking was primarily lighting, and water heat and pressure. There is no bedside lighting, which leaves the guest with a very bright overhead light. Not something I wanted at the end of a day. It was either use this light or you're in the dark. Water barely was hot for me. Perhaps it is better in other rooms. It was not something I felt I needed to complain about however. Other than that I feel like I got good value for the price.

Rooms are very clean and the location is excellent. Near many local restaurants, ICONSIAM, river and other tourist attractions. Our room had a city view from the balcony, but I'm sure there are river view rooms as well. Recommended!
